Unfortunately, there are scammers.. For eight months, I have been asking them to return the security deposit and they ignored me.. He was responding to him and then he did not respond.. It is clear that he is a scammer.. but God is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs. The problem is that I returned to Saudi Arabia, otherwise I would have taken my rights from them. May God not help them. Second comment: We contacted them, but there was no response. This proves that they are fraudsters and not a mistake or delay May God not grant them success or solve them. Terrible company, if you want to lose your money and nerves, you can contact them. Business owners are deceivers who will extract extra money from you when you return the car and promise that they will return the deposit in full, but now you need to pay extra and additional mileage. When they returned the car, some local residents also argued with them over money and they did not want to return the money to them in full! As a result, the deposit was never returned to us, so if you want your money to be stolen, you can try your luck.

Turbo Rent A Car in Sharjah UAE is a filthy thief. They take deposit of the car and never return it. The guy whom I was dealing with that rental office is Mohammed from Hyderabad India. Personally I have suffered a lot to get back my deposit for 6 months and 11 days. Filed a police complaint against them now. Real Scammers. Do not Trust them at all. Never ever go to them.

I booked a car in November through a Russian aggregator. On the spot I received a larger, clean car with only 8 thousand km on the odometer. Returns are accepted within a few minutes, no questions asked. Refund of the deposit through the Contact transfer system after 21 days instead of 30. There was a technical inconsistency with the bank and a delay, the rental service was always in touch, and received timely feedback to all my requests. Overall, I was pleased with my communication with Turbo Rent A Car.

Average prices, Cars are well maintained. Personal experience went bad unfortunately due to over charging and poor follow up and response. Being in sales industry for multiple high end companies in UAE for the past 6 years, I qualify to say that this was l m the worst Rental Sales experience I ever had. Invoices were not clear, and the Sales was not bothered by losing the customer more than losing the argument. Good luck!

Great company. Filmed in December on 2 sets. Kia Pegas were provided at the appointed time. The car is clean, no damage. A new child seat was issued for a 3 year old child. The deposit was returned in full via the Contact system 15 days after the end of the rental, since Russian credit cards do not work abroad. You need to immediately discuss how you will receive a deposit if you don t have a credit card. I definitely recommend it.

I really dont recommend it. The deposit was returned, then there was a second write-off, fortunately the balance was already 0, and Tinkoff was sorted out and the money was returned. The Nissan Sunny was smoky, the interior was dirty and the front right tire went flat every two days... The Pakistani tenant was confused and began to claim that our lease was ending, so return the car two days before the paid period due to holidays. And the fact that we had already agreed and paid for everything didn t matter at all. In the end, I insisted on my own. In general, I don t recommend getting involved.
