I said yes to the dress thanks to Eya! Eya was so helpful,extremely patient and super profesional! Great experience and so thankful for Eya! Highly recommend her to help you find the dress! I would also recommend you to be very very careful when it comes to the tailor, in case your dress requires aletrations, Virgie the tailor in charged of my dress alterations has done mistake after mistake, ended up getting a new dress as the initial dress she messed it up and there was no solution to fix it!

Hello lovely ladies, I wanted to share my wedding dress shopping experience. I visited several salons, both locally and abroad, and I knew Vanilla Salon was the right choice the moment I called. Their professionalism stood out. My appointment went smoothly, and the sales representative offered honest feedback without pushing for upsells. The dress we chose was not very voluminous, but they skillfully added extra layers underneath. They even collaborated with Mila Nova to design custom straps. Their pricing was competitive, and the customer service was exceptional 10 out of 10! They met all deadlines and were incredibly patient with the additional tailoring. I could not have asked for more! I traveled from Australia to hopefully find a wedding dress with my family here in the UAE. As time was limited, we only had 1 day to try and find a dress (I know, high hopes ) However, thanks to Eya, I had the most magical experience at Vanila Wedding Boutique. She listened to what I had to say and adjusted to my style with such ease. I immediately felt as though I was in a safe space to experience all the emotions that come with wedding dress shopping. Loved my experience with Vanila. Alita was so smooth in her work and she actually chose my dress for me as I came with a completely different view (which looked horrible on me tbh ) so I am glad I followed Alita s advice! Alteration was also smooth, we had some corrections, I wanted the dress to be a bit looser (I dont like it when it s too tight even for mermaid) and everything was done as per my expectation! Terrible Experience at Vanila Boutique I had a terrible experience with Vanila Boutique. Despite raising concerns about the fit during alterations, they weren t addressed, leading to a zipper malfunction on my wedding day. This caused significant delays and ruined key moments. I reached out to Vanila Boutique two days after the wedding via WhatsApp, but got no response. When I finally heard back via email, their offer was dismissive and didn t reflect the impact this had on my special day. I wouldn t recommend Vanila Boutique to any bride looking for reliable service and support.

Thank you for the whole smooth experience of bridal dress shopping. I have visited other big stores in Dubai, but none of them had such a dedicated and personal approach to me. I am an introvert, shy, quiet person, so I was not very excited about whole shopping spree as it gave me more panic than happiness but Alita was so gentle to deal with, very polite and professional. I loved the whole atmosphere in the store. The boutique is not super big, but extremely cozy and unexpectedly even has separate closed fitting rooms! I was first very overwhelmed with the huge variety of dresses but Eya smoothly filtered all the collections down to 4 styles that I actually wanted, which was so professional! Though I did not get a dress from here finally as I had found my dream wear somewhere else, Abby was so accommodating and friendly and helpful. Edited to add: the shop responded to my review mentioning that they could not find her name as a customer (I never mentioned her name - 1st we were not yet married yet when I posted her review 2nd- I am not in the customer list because I am not the bride, I am the husband and we share our Google review account , 3rd we do not share the same last name. On top of that was asked to remove the review however, this is her genuine review and reflects her experience at the shop. What went wrong is exactly listed in the review. **wife review** Definitely the wrong pick for my first bridal fitting! I would not recommend this place at all. It was a terrible experience and I regret going there! The place is small, and the staff is extremely rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. My appointment probably lasted 20 minutes. The lady working there did not try to understand my needs, did not help, did not care! As simple as that! She had no interest in selling me a dress. She did not wish to show me more dresses when I expressed that her first 3 picks were not a good fit at all. She was extremely unpleasant. It was awful, it was depressing. The shop is small and the fitting room is ridiculously small for wedding dresses. The platform is so close to the mirror that you can barely see the dress as you are so close. The dresses were of poor quality compared to what I have seen in other places. What an awful place, I felt uncomfortable from the moment I stepped into this shop as the staffs lack of interest was toxic!

It arrived and Abby made sure the experience from ordering to making final fittings was warm and welcoming. My fiancé and I visited the store from the UK a few weeks ago when we travelled to Dubai for holidays. Really liked the interior, very cozy fitting rooms, which are not small but at the same time don t make you feel like in a ballroom hall. Was serviced a coffee while waiting and my fiancé said she really enjoyed trying on different styles. I m so glad I found Vanila Wedding Boutique!! Finding that perfect wedding gown is a stressful process, but thankfully this cute studio had a massive selection of various bridal dress designs from various designers. It helps to check out the beautiful designs on their website to get an idea of what they carry, but they also have a range of other designs in store as well! Do book an appointment before hand, using Whatsapp or a quick call. Gala helped me try on multiple different gown designs until we found THE DRESS! They didn t have the gown in my size, so Gala ordered it and booked me in for alterations a few weeks before the wedding date too. After trying many gowns at other places, I thought I d have to settle for a dress I didn t love but thanks to Vanila, I found my perfect dress :) Looking forward to receiving my dress soon. The staff and service at Vanilla Wedding Boutique were amazing! The design consultants were very professional from my first visit to fitting appointments. After knowing roughly what styles I was considering, they guided and advised me on which styles, neckline, material would suit the shapes of my body and face. I had a great experience with the boutique. They have a great collection of dresses but most importantly an incredible team of ladies will take care of you. Alita was my stylist and she was so incredibly patient with me trying the same dresses 100 times without making a decision. She happily encouraged me to try more stuff and re-try the dresses to make sure I choose something I m happy about. Tamila and Aiza were great team players, and stepped in multiple times to help and share their thoughts. The alterations were made by Christina in a very timely manner. Honestly the whole team is just fun to work with. I live in AD but I didn t dread the drive to the store in Dubai multiple times because the team was always fun and welcoming. Aiza was great when visiting Vanila to try on dresses. She was very patient, attentive and gave great advice. However, this is where my positive experience with Vanila ended. I purchased my dress in September 22 and was told that it would arrive by 1st February 23 at the latest. I didn t hear anything from Vanila after purchasing the dress and 1st February rolled around and still no communication. I called to follow up on where my dress was and was told it was delayed but nobody bothered to contact me to inform me. Once the dress arrived, I went for my alterations fitting and booked a follow up appointment for almost 1 month later. The night before my dress fitting, I was called late at night to be told that my dress wasn t ready, and they would have to postpone my appointment to the end of the week. When I questioned why, I was told that the seamstress did not do my dress because they had other tourist brides in town whose dresses they worked on instead of mine because they deemed them to be more important and urgent. This is totally unacceptable as I had booked my appointment a month beforehand and am a paying customer who should have their timelines met whether they are a tourist or not. To be informed so last minute was unacceptable and it meant that I had to attend my final dress fitting alone because my bridesmaid had flown in specifically to attend my fitting with me, and she had to leave by the time of the next appointment. I also asked them to store my dress for me until closer to my wedding date at the final appointment (which I was told at my previous appointment would be possible) only to be told that they would charge me to store the dress. I cannot understand how hanging the dress on the rack is chargeable. I also had to sign paperwork to confirm my dress was acceptable without having anyone there to check it with me because they changed the appointment. Finally, after my wedding, I contacted Vanila to ask for a recommendation on a reliable place that I can get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved in Dubai. I was told that they could do it in the store for me, so I took it to Vanila as they know my dress and how it should be cared for. Upon collecting the dress from Vanila, I found out that they outsource the service to Champion Cleaners and it is not done in house at all. I was charged AED 1450 by Vanila for the service and when I called Champion Cleaners they told me that they charge between AED 660-AED 1000 for this service. I feel completely misled by Vanila as I believed that they had an in-house service and they have just made AED 500+ for the exact same service and, had I have known that they would outsource it to Champion Cleaners, I would have taken it directly there myself. Furthermore, when I went to collect my dress, it had not been checked by the store before calling me to say it was ready and my veil was missing. The veil was lost and nobody could be contacted to find out where it was. I was told that they would contact me back urgently to let me know an update, but I have had to follow up continuously. I was finally informed by Whatsapp that it was found (but without an apology) after following up by phone because I hadnt heard anything. I asked them to check the veil and send it to me but it took me following up for 2 more days for them to send it. After losing such a sentimental item and not doing the proper checks for an overly inflated service price, I find it shocking that it wouldn t be dealt with in an urgent manner. Wedding dresses and accessories are not cheap, and I expected far more from Vanila for the money I paid to them for the dress, veil, alterations and cleaning. I feel that once they had received my payment, the service level dropped drastically to an unacceptable standard and for this I would not recommend Vanila.

It was my first time trying on wedding dresses so I didn t really know what to expect as I didn t really know what I wanted either! Abby instantly made me feel super comfortable in telling her things that I didn t like in dresses and things I did like. She really listened and from this was able to make selections that suited me. She also had a great sense of style herself in knowing what to add to a dress and what to remove, sharing multiple ideas on how the dress could be adjusted! Aiza, is one of the rare stylists from across all other stores that I ve been to, that has helped me and given me her honest opinion and recommendation as if she is one of my close friends, not just to sell me anything from the shop but to actually help me find my dream dress and what suits me. I bought my beautiful wedding gown from Vanila back in January. I had found the dress on Pinterest and quickly booked an appointment at Vanila when I saw they stocked the dress / designer. The service was amazing! So patient and personal. I wanted to visit a few times to try the dress and show my mum / maid of Honour who couldn t be with me and they were so accommodating, even provided me a stand for my phone so they could see the dress clearly. Destroyed a AED10k dress. Do not pay up-front. They do not have competent tailors and will mess up your dress. Constantly changing staff so your measurements will likely be lost and then they will try to blame you. They make you sign a contract when leaving with the dress so you cant come back after you bring it to a real tailor. My wife brought the dress to another tailor and they showed her how the person they used did not know what they were doing. Take the dress to someone who is can actually do the tailoring if you want to buy it from them. Very unprofessional

The wedding dresses are beautiful and there are a variety of options. The prices are somewhat good, but they charge you for everything, even the modification has a fee. If the size is modified, no additional additions are required. The atmosphere for working women is depressing, not joyful, and weddings are bad It means a good visit, but my dress is definitely not one of them

I must thank the team so much in this boutique. They have found my dream dress. With all the patience. The prices are reasonable for Dubai. Only thing is that the team told me my alterations would be including in the price once the tailor came i had to pay 550 AED extra.
