This is my favorite beach in Dubai. A quiet place for sunbathing and perfect for water sports. There is a kite surfing and paddle boarding rental and a small shop selling swimsuits and other water sports accessories. The beach is clean and monitored by the police. There is a lifeguard who monitors the safety of swimmers. There are showers and toilets. There is a public car park right next to the beach. I really like this place for watching the sunset and also for the sunset yoga that you can participate in.

Unprofessional team. Never answering. Hiding behind the no wind excuse for not calling back. Which is not the real reason. My phone was stolen because of them as well. And my friend had an accident !! They give 3/4 classes on land, take your money . And then they disappear

Absolutely awesome, super professional and friendly staff, prices are good and they even have a little beach shop full of goodies! I highly recommend kite nsurf for kite lessons or even just stand up paddle boarding. My experience with kite N surf started a year ago where i had my kite surfing lessons in Dubai with them and for sure after the course i got all my kite surfing gear from them too seen that they sell some of the top brands too like Cabrinha, Eleveight kites and Brunotti. Now with their new kite surf shop at Nessnass Beach in the middle of the kite spot made our life easier! I strongly recommend it!

Kite N Surf is hands down, the best school to learn kitesurfing in Dubai. Amazing lessons with Amer, Nour and Anishka! They always have the latest new equipment available for all kiting levels (beginners to pros) - Cabrinha kites and boards. Great instruction, very encouraging and you couldnt be in safer hands with them. Not to mention the awesome vibe the school and its people create around them. It s like being part of a family! They also organise amazing kite trips around the world all year round! If you want to learn, improve or even freestyle then this is the place to go!

I am a regular of Kite and Surf City Beach and will always come back to see Francis and Anju! They care about their clients safety and they will never let anyone go without life jacket, proper swimwear and orientation about the wind and current. They are so cool, friendly and fun loving! We held our daughter and her best friend s birthday party at nessnass beach with kite n surf. I cannot recommend this wonderful team of individuals enough. The kids had a FANTASTIC time. The party consisted of fun water activities which included huge paddle boards where they kids could race and splash around, followed by some party games on the beach which were fab. Safety was key, the ratio of children to adults was spot on and eyes were on kids the entire time, which meant the parents could kick back and relax on the beach. The instructors were super fun and attentive and made sure all the kids had a blast. No one felt left out and every child enjoyed. They were actually all asking for more when it was time to eat and have cake! Kite and surf also has a partnership with park house which meant that our package included food and drinks for kids and adults. The food was very good, healthy and the entire process was hassle free. The setting is lovely, with picnic style tables overlooking the beach. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. So, if you are looking for a fantastic sporty active birthday party for your child, and you love the beach, and you want a hassle free affordable experience, go for kite and surf and Parkhouse, a combination that can not go wrong. I also want to add that Parkhouse worked with our budget and helped us to get everything we wanted within it. They were very very accommodating. Thumbs up to this dynamic duo and don t look anywhere else for your next birthday. Kite n surf is the way to go!

My experience with Kite N Surf was simply amazing! It was my second approach with kitesurfing but wouldnt find better people in making me feel confident and relaxed! Amer is extremely patient and responsive on socials and WhatsApp and this meant so much to me since I was travelling from Italy and planning everything from so far. My teacher Dean was the best I could find for my first body-dragging experience.
