An incredible experience. We did the tour on a motorcycle with the instructor Abdo and it was amazing. Super friendly, he took our phone and made a book for us while we were on the motorcycle. I would definitely repeat with him. Highly recommended.

It was our first time riding a jetski, Captain Abdulrahman was very pateint and friendly with us. He helped us with the driving, showed us around the waters of JBR and took beautiful photos and videos of us. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. 5/5

On 4/20/2023 we completed the Jet Car experience with ASFAR Jet Ski and I must say we had an amazing time. 100% recommended!!! Captain Mostafa and staff were excellent professionals. Captain Mustafa made the entire experience worth wild and he was able to capture some of the most remarkable memorize with some awesome photos and videos of our Jet Car experience. Special thank you to Mahmoud as well who went above and beyond to return to items to me I left behind trying to get to my next reservation. Thank you all again for an amazing time. Will definitely do it again.

A 30 mins jet ski session was booked for today. I arrived early at the location and parked the car near the port side (Ample parking available). The host was very welcoming and gave a brief intro about the jet skis and the route which we will be taking. I had to follow their guide and keep up to his pace, which I tried. But he would constantly keep a check on me, so that I wasnt lagging behind. We saw Burj Al Arab and the palm on our way. The guide had my camera, which he used to click my pictures and videos doing some stunts. Overall, it was a lovely 30 mins spent in water. Just one downside of my whole experience was the claiming of the groupon voucher. The time taken to respond was a lot.

What a service, what an experience!! We turned up today without a booking and without calling ahead, and the staff here were fully accomodating. From guiding us where to park to even discounting our rides today! Captain Hussein was our guide today and he is the best!! He not only took som amazing footage but he even got my daughter to try driving for the first time and made her feel super comfortable and confident! He let us have an amazing amount of freedom and fun whilst still being responsible and careful with us! This experience is a must do in dubai and is a must do with this company! We will back and we highly recommend!!!

Booked fishing trip for night, wasn t informed before payment that it is quiet windy today. Once the payment is done then they informed us about the situation. Paid a lot to rent the yacht and end up with disappointed trip. After we board the staff inform us that it has been windy for the past week, we have to shorten our 4hour trip to 3hours as the yacht is just extremely shaking once we start to fish. If we are trying to do a business here, I suppose we should have HONESTY, and not only caring about the money! This is our second time booking with you, we decided to choose you because of the pleasant first experience. But I have to say this is the last time.

The first time we rode with Hussein, everything was fine, we agreed to ride the next day, we arrived again at the appointed time, but Hussein was not there, we waited an hour, after which they told us you can ride for 40 minutes and gave us another captain, another captain rode with us to the Al Arab hotel in 10 minutes, asked if we wanted to take a photo and then began to rudely demand that we go back, we tried to explain that only 10 minutes had passed, but he hardly speaks and understands nothing in English, while behaved aggressively, we stopped trying to explain something and very quickly followed him back, while he strictly ensured that we drove without stopping, without slowing down, and upon returning they demanded money from us as we had initially agreed in 40 minutes. We refused to pay for 40, since we actually returned after 30, 20 of which they yelled at us and we didn t actually ride, but returned the jet-ski back in a very unpleasant atmosphere. Hussein listened to our complaint and said that he was sorry, but we would have to pay for the 40 minutes that we were promised. We offered to pay for 10 minutes, who did not yell at us and we were driving in a good mood, they refused, then we spent 4 hours in a showdown with them with the participation of the police. The police would have taken their side, but according to their laws, there is no way to demand money from us without a contract, so everyone sympathized with them (they also sympathized with themselves, despite all their lies and rude behavior), and they simply let us go. Hussein yelled at me for this review, demanding that I remove it. In short, they are funny guys and not honest, unfortunately. Do not pay in advance, because your trip may not be as agreed.

We did the 65 minute jet ski experience with Asfar Yachts this past weekend - and I highly recommend it! The jet skis are in excellent condition and our guide Samba made it even better! Definitely try and go with Samba! Next time I go jet skiing it s going to be with Asfar! 10/10
