employee service is worst, they said they are on the way and i took the heavy trolley to ground floor from basement, they came but didnt collected the trash. i called them multiple times but call isnt answered. They must learn customer service and good manner.

I tried contacting Green Arabia a few times via phone, email, whats app for a potential collaboration on the green waste- no response at all! I believe the company needs to have a timely communication channels to assist the clients in a professional manner.
