One prefect stay is full of imperfection i will not recommend this company to anyone I was getting less rent compare to the market price and also notice 1-2 months my property was put on rents after complaining to cancel the contract they put my apt for rental. To cancel the contract we have to give them 3 months prior notice .Making very difficult to get rid of them they will squeeze your blood until the last moment. Finally When I canceled the contract with them they used to pay the Du internet for my apartment they deducted the internet amt from my rental amt and didnt pay the Du internet bill . According to one prefect they have paid the bill if they had paid the bill then why do I get calls from Du to pay or proof it If they had paid the bill. I visited their office 3 times to sort this issue. Once you cancel the rental contract with one prefect they will ignored you completely they will not reply to your email watsapp messages you are nobody to them. worst management they threaten me if I write bad review they will sue me to the court.

Extremely unsatisfied, I asked them to have a stove in the house they promised, but they got me after 4 days in this four days I paid food from outside and it cost me a lot and they said you can take your deposit once you leave the house since I left the house. I m keep following up for my deposit but I don t get any response back. I don t recommend this place to anyone and I am following up to open a case against them

I had rented a home for three months for my family s summer holidays and I must say one perfect stay made it the most enjoyable and comfortable stay I ever had. During my stay they extended their co-operation as and when required. Mr Wilson in particular who was my point of contact for maintenance related things is such a nice and professionally pleasant person. I will never search for any other holiday homes company going forward. And I strongly recommend one perfect stay to everyone looking for short term rental. Thank you once again

My appartement kept being rented lower than a studio in the area for no reason just enough to cover the charges and pay the dewa bill and internet as They never paid them as per my contract , had to chase for my monthly transfers and still playing me on my last one they kept telling me they transferred ( well sir the banking system in dubai is one of the most efficient so please don t doubt it ) .I mentioned just a lil part of the challenges I had to face with this company .a big mess YOU WANT TO GET FRUSTRATED give them your appartement .

Scammers and fraudsters. Stay away. I as a landlord made the terrible mistake of handing over my apartment to these fraydsters and scammers. They managed my apartment in a really bad way. There is no transparency. The average rent that I got from them in a place like Dubai is around 1400 per month. Fired them.

Firstly,there has been delay in the disbursement of rental payments to the landlord who s the client of mine Starting from March onwards, he has not received even a single dirham rental income for his property.Moreover,the rental rate agreed upon by One Perfect Stay was considerably lower than market rates,and they unilaterally decided upon this without consulting,which is unacceptable. Secondly,communication with One Perfect Stay has been extremely poor.Despite repeated attempts to contact them via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages,they have been consistently unresponsive.Their lack of communication has resulted in unresolved issues and frustration on our end,with responses taking weeks,if received at all. Additionally,despite providing a two-month notice to terminate our contract due to these ongoing issues,One Perfect Stay initially delayed the process by claiming company changes and only agreed to the cancellation when we insisted.However, the ordeal did not end there. To our astonishment, a payment of 4107 AED was made to my bank account byOne Perfect Stay Vacation Home,which was meant for the landlord,not me( I have all the proves).it is worth noting that the landlord s bank details were never requested by One Perfect Stay for payment disbursement.When questioned about this discrepancy,Mr. Akhil,representing the company,falsely assured me that all payments were being transferred to the landlord,contradicting the evidence. Upon further investigation, one of the employee of this company,who initially registered the property,attempted to shift blame onto me,implying that it was my responsibility to provide the landlords bank details as if I am the one who is responsible and its my job to do so.Such behavior is unprofessional and indicative of the lack of transparency and accountability within One Perfect Stay. Despite our repeated requests for accurate payment figures,One Perfect Stay has failed to provide the necessary information in a timely manner,further exacerbating the situation. Therefore,we kindly request DTCM intervention in this matter.We urge DTCM to contact One Perfect Stay and request immediate resolution by providing accurate payment figures and terminating the contract without any additional fees.We no longer wish to engage with One Perfect Stay and will not recommend their services to others.And what if this money of AED 4107 would end up in someone elses account who would just simply run away with this money,leaving the landlord unpaid,and generally these types of scenarios are indeed happening..Such a scenario not only jeopardizes the financial interests of the landlord but also raises serious concerns about the integrity and reliability of One Perfect Stays financial management practices. If funds were to be misappropriated or mishandled in this manner,it would undoubtedly lead to legal ramifications for One Perfect Stay.Such actions constitute a breach of trust,which could result in legal action being taken against the company. It is imperative that One Perfect Stay takes immediate corrective measures to rectify this situation and ensure that all outstanding payments are promptly disbursed to the rightful recipient.Failure to do so may result in severe consequences,including legal proceedings and reputational damage. We urge the DTCM to intervene in this matter to safeguard the interests of landlords and uphold the integrity of the short-term rental management industry.

I recently stayed at Aliyah Al Jaddaf Dubai, located conveniently near some of Dubais popular attractions, including the Dubai Dolphinarium, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, and Creek Island Central Park. The hotel offered a range of amenities that enhanced my stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my visit. Two words sum it all up - STAY AWAY I am the landlord of an apartment overlooking burj khalifa, I received absolutely terrible service. They charge below market prices and even charged new year s eve the same as any other night! They also lost the keys to my apartment, caused DEWA to disconnect power due to failure to pay despite a number of reminders! They are also consistently late on payments.. I, as a landlord, had a terrible experience with this company. Payments were consistently late, requiring constant chasing on my part. There was a lack of transparency and communication regarding payments. There is even shortage of payment and it was difficult to get any kind of updates. Communication was difficult as they routed me through multiple layers of people who frequently needed to confer with each other before providing updates. When I tried reaching out to the CEO, her response was sarcastic and dismissive. This attitude reflects the companys values, which seem to stem from the CEO. We have proof of their shortcomings and their failure to adhere to the contract, yet they make it hard for us to exit the agreement. Overall, I cannot recommend this company due to their unprofessionalism and poor business practices. Stay far far away from this company.

Horrible! The company doesnt assist to make you as a guest feel happy, if you complain about anything they tell you that you viewed the apartment - as if it is no longer their problem. Cheap mattresss that nobody can sleep on, cockroaches, complementary water bottles unsealed and opened already, broken bathtub, blinds dont work. Dont recommend using this company - there are much better options in the UAE.

Disappointed!! Booked an apartment With this company for one week for a vacation with my mum and only after booking and arriving on the property, the owner decided they wanted to sell and our vacation was constantly disturbed and consisted of constant phone calls and people coming to the property while we were there and while we were out. Instead of waiting for our trip to be over, they had staff coming to film the apartment with all our stuff early in the morning and expecting us to sit around waiting all day and delaying our plans to accommodate the selling of the property. The companies marketing team only cares about the money and not about the guests experience. The company also held house viewings while we were staying there . Very unprofessional to say the least. We also paid extra for early checking and on arrival, the property hadn t finished being cleaned., my poor mother came from a 7 hour flight and the whole previous day of traveling, arriving to Dubai tired and wanting to shower and rest and we were made to sit out in the hallway until cleaning was finished baring in mind we told them our arrival time and paid extra for the property to be delivered cleaned and ready. Property hasn t properly maintained! Bedroom AC needs servicing as it s only blowing warm air with a bad sewage smells. The toilet close to the front door has mold, flaking paint and dampness on the ceiling.

These guys will not refund you if you make a mistake in your booking even directly after purchase. The only thing I needed was a bathtub, and its very important for cold water therapy. So, I asked for a refund because, for some reason, I booked the wrong apartment. I have no idea how it happened, but I was hoping for a professional resolution, whether a refund or alternative accommodation of theirs. I couldnt stay there because the apartment that was accidentally booked didnt have what I needed. I let them know straight after the booking (it was about 30 minutes because I didnt notice until I checked the app again), then sent them a pretty extensive message explaining the confusion of the incorrect booking. All David said was Non-refundable as written on the platform. There was no empathy, and no resolutions were offered (and this was very important to me). I would have happily stayed in another place of theirs. I only needed a bathtub. But the rude response just got on my nerves to be honest so I went the route of my bank to get the money back. I dont know what world some of these Airbnb hosts live in, but somehow feeling like you have the privilege to keep an honest persons money after a mistake in the booking is absurd, and Airbnb honors these policies and behavior. I respect the no refund policy to protect the booking/business, but to not give any leeway on booking mistakes (directly after purchase) and then keep somebodys money is just unethical. I run multiple businesses also with no refund policies, and I could never do that to somebody who made a genuine mistake directly after the purchase/empathetically expressed it, these guys didnt care. Also, poor communication skills between the staff and whoever is hosting. I told these guys I wasnt staying there as I couldnt, and yet another member on their team was messaging in the same conversation asking about checking me in, etc. Then, they messaged me hoping I had a nice stay . I dont know if this is some form of automation that would explain it, but if its manually done, they need to learn how to speak to each other. I cant comment on the apartment, but I dont recommend the hosts and will not recommend them to anybody in Dubai.

Terrible experience! We booked an apartment via AirBnb, paid full amount on Sep 8. Check-in date was Sep 29 (after 3 weeks). When it was less than 1 day before check-in, host called us and told us that we need to cancel our booking because A/C in apartment doesn t work and they proposed another apartment in very far area instead. First of all, if I cancel booking by myself, I would loose my money. And after that this company ignored us in Airbnb chat, they didn t answer us. We contacted support for helping, support told us that they called host (this company) and they told them that apartment was sold! We are shocked, they told different reasons of cancellation to us and Airbnb support team. Only after asking a support about cancellation, support cancelled our booking. We are feeling like this company were trying to cheat us. They were very rude while talking on phone with us as well. Our booking was canceled by Airbnb side 2 hours before our check-in and we had to quickly find another apartment, and everything was more expensive and far from place we needed! Be careful if you work with this company, you can lose money!

AWFUL COMPANY - DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I rented a one bed apartment in Vida Emirates Hills for 8 weeks, it was advertised as a full apartment usage with parking space. When I arrived, I discovered that the owner was still keeping his clothes in the apartment and that he had a car parked in the parking space and I had no access to it. I tried to contact One Rubbish Stay, but now that they had my money including security deposit no one was interested or willing to help. Their operations manager told me to park on the road or in public parking. I ended up doing laps of the building everyday for the first week, trying to strike lucky with one of the very limited public spaces and inevitably never got one and had to leave the car parked on the road outside the apartment as per their operations manager instructions, within a week I had 3 parking fines. I ended up having to rent a space from a tenant in the building next-door at the cost of 2,000 AED. I was only given one access card to the building which was very difficult as I was there with my wife and child, and when I asked for a second access card again no one was interested or willing to help. I then asked security if I could have a second access card and they say I can for the cost of 100 AED but I had to show a tenancy contract which I did not have, again One Rubbish Stay where unprepared to help with. When I left the apartment I had it deep cleaned and restored to a better condition than it was handed over to me in. Rather predictably by this point, when they inspected the apartment they found damages to two cheap plastic chairs which I had never used and I was told I would not receive my deposit back. I had also lost the access card and had informed them I would give the 100 AED replacement cost to security to cover the cost of the new card, or I could leave the cash in the apartment as no on was willing to meet me at check out. They then added an admin fee of 400 AED on top of the 100 AED for the cost of the replacement card. By far and away the worst company I have dealt with during my 8 years in Dubai. Avoid One Rubbish Stay at all costs!

as per my experience in real estate and dealing with different brokers and companies . this is the worst company Ive ever deal with. Always late in transferring the money into owners account, you should follow up million of times to get your money. sometimes even they dont answer your calls or messages your have to reach them to their office to remind them of your money which is supposed to be in account 10th on each month. we have given them furnished apartment with all their requirement to rent out apartment. However, it was handed over to us with no painted walls, broken wall , broken tv table , missing kitchen equipments (spoons , bread toaster , glass) , missing vase and table decoration for plates , missing bed sheet , and rusted materials in kitchen. this means that their was no proper checks when ever apartment is rented which ended up in this way. I dont recommend any one to deal with them. i have to give a star to post my review but if it was in my hand not even 1 i wish if one of the higher management reach me to give evidence in both how their customer service is , in ignoring calls and messages and email + to share pictures

We stayed at one of their properties at Dubai Marina for two weeks. We arrived late at night and discovered some maintenance issues and missing kitchen essentials. They sent a crew first thing the next morning to resolve our concerns. We truly appreciate their responsiveness. The unit itself has a magnificent full Marina view. We savored our meals in the balcony and enjoyed daily walks along the marina. There is a gym and a swimming pool. The metro, taxis, groceries, and restaurants are nearby. The beach is about a 20-minute walk. Well definitely come back.

In fact, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff who make sure to coordinate the dates of receiving the apartments, cleaning and customer service. This is really not easy, as my flight was late. However, everything was ready as I requested, and the apartment was very wonderful, as I imagined it, and more. Even the fatigue of traveling for hours was removed as soon as I entered the house, as if I had my own property. They sent the security guard to check on me, and in the morning They greeted me with a welcome message that filled my day with activity and made me eager to visit the country and tour it. I stayed there from 25 to 02 January 2023 , Strongly advise not to book this place, it is promoted as Luxury and it was very basics, very poor quality of interior to be called Luxury. The view is on the next building, the exhaust of the nearby building is very noisy, food smell comes to the apartment is you leave the terrace door open. The sea view can be seen only from the balcony which is in a different angle. So many broken items, the bath room was falling apart, very dirty, the ceiling was falling , the shower curtain rail was broken and temporarily fixed with tape, no rugs in bedroom, the furnitures are cheap and not comfortable. No pepper basic glasses for water, no champagne glasses, very cheap plates .. I send several images and complaints with images to the operations manager and Williams via whatapp unfortunately there no reply no actions was taken. Such a very poor management. Very disappointed and you guys have spoiled my New Year holiday experience.

Roaches infested rental We rented an apartment in Silicon Oasis for 1 month, the flat was not ready when we came, their cleaners were still cleaning in a rush and made us wait. The place they rented us was infested with roaches, they sent pest control but there still roaches after that. There was a water leak in the toilet and there was no shower curtain. We arrived after a very long flight in the evening and we re pleased to see some shopping with basic foods. Enough to get by till the next day. The apartment was clean, tidy and welcoming. We have been here for a few days now and we are totally relaxed. There was a small issue with the shower cubicle which was rectified the next day by there well trained maintenance staff. I have had a horrible experience with this company as a landlord. They were full of promises while trying to get us to sign the contract. After signing, the amount of follow ups I had to do to get status on renting was just too much. I even wrote to the CEO abd received one reply which really didnt help at all. Their team opened utility accounts in our name which was a nightmare for us to recover the amounts from as the oneperfectstay team was not helpful at all. We are still waiting for them to pay out one utility cost to us. Its been 2 months. The account manager Shruti just keeps promising a future date but no action is taken. Please beware of this company. Do not trust their empty promises. You are better off renting your apartment long term instead of giving it to them. Hi again, I changed my rating from 1 to 3 purely because now the account has been settled. Thanks to the owner for making sure that all dues were paid but without her interventionit would still be pending. I do stick to my other points though. The projections shown before signing contract are far more than actual because they show daily rates while my apartment was most often rented out on monthly basis fetching less revenue. In between guests leaving vacant periods were also very high typically 2-3 weeks which hurt our bottom line as utilities were still paid on fixed amounts. The overall revenue is more or less the same in long term renting as I can see from data of past year. I am now at peace renting it on long term as atleast no follow up or vacant periods are there and I got upfront rent payment with 4 cheques so no uncertainty.

The day before our arrival, we were informed that the accommodation we rented was no longer available, as it had been extended by the previous tenants, we were redirected to another apartment and assured that we were up grader . We were forced to accept, because we had no other alternatives at the last minute! Arriving there, we realize that the area is dirty, the building hall has a bad smell and the apartment is VERY VERY DIRTY with stains everywhere, broken door handles, dirty furniture, not to mention the ultimately non-existent promises: no swimming pool, no parking even though this was promised in the ad. We contacted William from One Perfect Stay by sending him photos of the condition of the apartment and the only answer he could give us was if you are not happy, contact booking . I have never come across a company that lacks so much professionalism! I think the hygiene services should close this company! Our start to our vacation was a nightmare because of them!!!! We canceled our reservation and we were forced to sleep in the car the first evening, because it was not possible to spend even one night in this unsanitary apartment. STAY AWAY! Disgustingly rude customer service and absolutely no regard for anything but money. I had booked an apartment with this company via AirBnb and got it confirmed and paid for the stay. One week before I am to arrive, I get a message saying they are cancelling my stay due to another guest deciding to stay longer. Originally they blamed it on health reasons, but I later found out it was just because the previous guest trashed the place so badly they needed a whole week to clean it up and instead of doing this they decided to cancel my stay and move me to another apartment on the opposite side of town which looked more like a student dorm room than the luxury apartment with city view I paid for. I repeatedly requested to keep the apartment I booked, change to another of their bookings with a standard closer to the one I booked, and even to stay at the low standard apartment in the poor location for a reduced price. They eventually, after a lot of arguing, offered me a 5% discount. 5%. After I nagged and compromised, accepting a stay at a place way below the standard I originally paid for, they offered me a discount that wouldnt even cover the cost of a taxi across town to where I originally was planning to stay. This company repeatedly prioritizes whoever pays the most money and does not honour any contracts with the customer, regardless of your booking having already been confirmed by themselves. Lazy, rude, discriminating and money hungry - the only way I can describe this company. Oh, and also unclean - the pictures they sent me of the apartment they offered me in replacement is ridiculous, you can see actual filth (or worse) along the bathroom floor. I will mention they offered me an upgrade to a 1br apartment, however they of course gave this apartment to another guest before I even had the chance to respond to their offer - again prioritising another guest who paid more over the one they already have a contract with and who has booked, confirmed and paid already. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. Youll end up with a cancellation you wont get refunded, major expenses to rebook another place, and if youre so unlucky they dont cancel the apartments are filthy and downright disgusting.

I contacted this company. In the photo, the apartment looks like in a 5-star hotel, but in reality the apartments are terrible, the furniture is all torn, giant cockroaches are running around the apartment, the chosen view did not console us at all. The service was terrible. The money was not returned, they ignored us as if they didn t know us. I do not recommend anyone to use this company

This company has very bad reputation. As a landlord I had very bad experience. They are cheaters and crooks. Landlords never deal with them. Tourist should avoid dealing with them.

This is my second time renting a holiday homes with One Perfect Stay. It feels like my own home in Dubai. The location in Al Barsha is perfect! Its very near to Mall of the Emirates and theres a lot of restaurants and groceries nearby. The furniture and appliances are in good condition and the apartment is well maintained whether a studio or 1 bedroom ( I tried both) and yes they do have a 2 bedroom as well. I just hope they have a lady cleaner next time so it will be comfortable for some guest like me who prefer a lady cleaner. But overall I like their customer service. From the agent to the supervisor, theyre all accommodating especially William whose always ready to assist me from booking until I check out. I would definitely recommend One Perfect Stay to anyone looking for a nice holiday homes in Dubai. Will be back again!
