I took a apartment in port Saeed, Jumma Sohail Building in 2021. After spending a year, they have increased the rent and I have tried to negotiate the rent, however, management agreed to renuve the flat. Next day a person (Joby Devassy) spoke to me and talk to me a rude behavior, I really dont understand a person who dont have the ethics to talk to a lady and still survives in the company. just because of this guy I cancel my contract. This person is totally loss for the company. As he is just a employee, he dont loose anything but owner of the building loose the tenant and the continues on going rent. Building owner must take the action on this and remove this type of employee. He dont deserve to be a watchman but unfortunately he is manager in the company.
