I am very disappointed with the service from Westminster. I called twice to arrange a meeting with their sales team to discuss managing my property, but I never received a call back. This lack of communication and responsiveness is unacceptable, and I am now looking for a more reliable company to manage my property.

I had a disappointing experience renting at Dubai Address Sky View with this company. I accidentally left behind my new Nespresso machine and my baby girl s bed. Ahmad found them and even sent me a picture as confirmation. However, later Ossama informed me that the items had been thrown away. It was quite disheartening, especially considering everything was brand new

Bad Bad bad experience .. They took more than 1000 Dhs for clenching the apartment .. Our experience with them was .. The employees for registration are not god and the man for payment too He ask for more and more money just to make sure the apartment is Clean Because we check in the apartment after 5 pm and we found underwear in the cabinet He also ask us to go out at 11 am Then he ask us to cleeeeeean ?!

Worst experience ever. Had to fight hard for hours to get a refund. The apartment had no refrigerator, and when I settled for an icebox, got a very small one. They tried to move me to cheaper options at the same price but I refused. The offered me a discount then reduced the discount amount. Their agent was shouting and threatening a security guard at the property. Their manager was very disrespectful to me.

Worst rental company!!! If you dont want stress, avoid this place. They dont refund the deposit!!! Simply without any explanation!!! They just stole 3000 AED from us No view from the apartment and no view from the apartment is worth these nerves! The man who comes at check-in to collect the deposit simply does not come at check-out and laughs (I swear!) laughs into the phone and says that no, no one will return your deposit. Thats it, end of story Although no... some madam from the office managed to cheat me out of 100 dirhams even in the office. She just said that there was no change, and the next day she simply forgot (!!) about this incident, they don t give any receipts, nothing A cheap scam for money - thats the whole business

Poor service. After booking was paid and confirmed we have been informed that it was changed to a smaller apartment. Since November we are chasing for the refund and until now we did not get anything. I surly don t recommend them to anyone looking for a piece of mind holiday and wanting a professional service as they are far from even acknowledging customers concerns and requests seriously.

As landlord dealing with them was below my expectation. My unit was rented for an average of 200 aed per day, which make no sense for a studio in Address Dubai Mall. I was getting around 2000 to 3500 aed per month. Far below the expectation. Furthermore, the communication was not as expected and far from actual. I moved to other holiday home companies which has clear forecast and their actual are almost 95% to 120% from the forecast which is great, and this is what I expect from holiday home.
