We stayed at a property in Dubai sunrise tower 1. Probably one of the best airbnb hosts , they were so helpful and always quick to respond . After a terrible stay somewhere else with another host they quickly checked us in early and made a bad situation good ! Highly recommend this company!!

Truly an organized and highly professional company that manages beautiful properties. We stayed at 15 Northside, and the apartment was clean and spacious with extra towels, sheets, a pull out couch and essential amenities. They had a rapid response time, with clear check in and check out instructions. Will definitely stay again.

It was nice to stay as Suiteable Holiday Homes and the place is awesome with stairs leading into bedroom and a cozy lighting, it was full of different appliances even a molcajete! Though unheard by us. Furthermore, the maintenance was quick to arrive and solve an issue that occurred. All in all very pleased!

Exceptional service, unfortunately our villa was delayed to move into so we booked an apartment in Marina which ended up to chaotic for our dog they swapped us to a new place in JVC close to our home without any questions or hassle. Highly highly recommend for their standard of accommodation, ease of check in but their service is beyond any 5 star hotel in Dubai..

All issues are resolved promptly. They helped with bed linen, mattress and TV in less than an hour after arrival. We stayed at LIV for a week, a pleasant experience. The place was clean, there was a large set of towels for face and body. In the building itself there was a swimming pool (it s a summer format, you won t really be able to swim there, just cool off) and a pleasant bathhouse (they constantly added essential oils to the water for the stones). Of course, the place we chose was excellent; we could walk around 24/7. I recommend it to those who are looking for a kind of hangout place for a week and don t want to be bored sitting in a hotel)

Ive been leasing the apartment for nearly three months, and each unit has consistently provided exceptional cleanliness and comfort. The staffs professionalism is outstanding, with Mr. Himamshu Rupan deserving special recognition. His prompt and attentive responses significantly contributed to making my kids stay more comfortable. Wow, we had an amazing experience with excellent and courteous service, we lived in an apartment in a residential building with a pleasant, relaxing space and a stunning view of the marina, everything is close. The apartment is clean and spacious, suitable for a couple with a child, its pampering, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare what you like, we loved it at home, we received lovely service all the way. We were celebrating a birthday and we wanted to make a surprise, we asked them to order us a cake and balloons, they helped us with everything and when we came back, an exciting surprise was waiting for us beyond what we expected! The pool is clean, there is a jacuzzi with working currents, everything is just perfect! Im sure if I visit Dubai again in this area, this will be my home.

It was such a wonderful experience. I stayed in a place managed by SUITEABLE for 3 months. Was a pleasure indeed. Professional service. Prompt. Caring and sincere. They always go the extra mile to please a client, and to make sure I m comfortable and feeling home. The place itself (in Avani+ Palm View) was great. There are truly not enough words to describe how professional and amazing the Suitable team, that can even give them justice. Their prompt responses and the fact that you are always able to reach out to them at any time with great confidence that they will reply back to you within 5 minutes. I stayed in Oxford Residence 2, managed by Suitable Holiday Home for more than a month and every-time, I extend further due to how satisfied I am with them and the apartment. From the first day I have checked in, they were available to fix in any issues and made me feel trusted that I am in capable hands. The apartment itself is breathtakingly beautiful, the interior design is out of the world, comfy, elegant and homely. But what made it outstanding its spotless cleanness and the full amenities in the kitchen, bathroom, the high-speed un-interrupted internet, the access to a parking spot, a nice pool and a gym. The building is presented with 24 hours security who greets you with warmth and a big smile, every-time. I cannot stress enough how friendly and reachable the Suitable team is, specifically Mr. Pietro from the Reservation Team who extended his utmost support anytime that is needed, that the place itself is heavenly and out of the world but what made my stay unique is their capable management, their professionalism and support that made me extremely happy, secured and satisfied. Apartment it s Clean, Supermarket and food trucks just next to your building so good , Very green community, Take walk with your pet and love ones after your dinner Location :15-20 minutes drive to second biggest Mall in dubai (Mall of The Emirates )10-15 minutes to dubai hills mall, Around 20 minutes to famous landmark Burj Al Arab and Beach, when you stayed in the apartment some details makes you think the owner cares about the people stay in there apartment, They provide mostly things you need for your stay, Like in the kitchen .. The property is superb, I had all I needed and more! The place was clean, the view is spectacular and the response from the team was quick. I stayed for 6 nights opting to be somewhere quiet, where I can gather my thoughts and still be able to work. The location is towards the end of the fronds but I didn t mind it as long as accessible for deliveries plus had neighboring (walking distance) places to dine. Definitely highly recommended.

Stayed at Miska 3 for the 2nd time. Excellent experience The supervisor Mr Yousef was most helpful in checking in and checking out. He was there before I arrive ensuring all checking in process was fast. He was at the apartment on time on the day of checking out. And it was extremely smooth. BEAUTIFUL Index Tower DIFC (Zuma, LPM, ARTS CLUB) These are disgusting apartments. We have not yet seen worse for that kind of money. We arrived the floor was dirty, under the curtain they drank such a layer that it could already be called mud! In the photo, everything is white, in fact everything has blossomed for a long time and have lost its commercial appearance. Clearly not cleaned before our settlement! The washing machine is broken, the light bulb was broken by the mirror, rust in the bathroom. Tables, this is just horror, once you walk through a rag and you need to wash it! If you do not want to spoil your mood, do not buy these apartments! We evicted on the same day, we were promised to return the entire cost. And what do you think, we were returned only 50% for the terrible apartments, the time spent and the conditions in which we did not even live due to the fault of the owners of these apartments! Disgusting work, I do not advise anyone!
