Staff are very nice and supportive... but know NOTHING about their services. We had to mail two packages to Canada and SPECIFICALLY asked for PACKAGE TRACKING so that we will get a confirmation once delivered to its destination. It has now been over three weeks and the last update says shipped to Canada. Dissapointing service and a waste of money. Next time use another mailing company like DHL for international tracking apparently.

A convenient place to get stamps and send postcards(Open hours same as the Dubai Mall). Staffs were really helpful and friendly to foreign travelers! Shipping services were super efficient( postcards were sent on Jan. 2 and delivered to Taiwan on Jan. 22 ) Apart from the post office, it is a good place to buy stamps and send postcards (the nearby DHL does not sell stamps). The business hours are the same as those of Dubai Mall. It is very friendly to tourists who have plans during the day. You can handle various business during holidays or when visiting the mall at night. The service staff on both visits were very friendly and patiently explained the stamp denominations and how to use them. The location is not particularly easy to find. If you come here for the first time, you may need to ask several service desks to find their location. The approximate location is in the B6 area of GF (there will be several financial currency exchange service counters nearby)

I want to complin regarding emirates post delivery. I have an order that has been pending from December 25, I had 3 failed attempted deliveries after contacting them 4 times to cancel my order and refund my money nothing was done and a lady said she will raise my case to management and give me a call back but still a week later and nothing really happened. I need my refund from order number 1100011191737. I hope someone can really help this time.

No one answers the call at empost after wasting so much credit staying on hold I went to this place it shows near Timberlake Dubai mall after reaching there I saw 2 floors and couldnt find this kiosk. It took another one hour in metro to reach back. this kiosk seems to be invisible and no one knows about it.

The location is hard to find but once we got there, the service was excellent. I m a little concerned though because I sent 20 postcards to the USA on Nov 24, and about a month later, none of them have made it yet. The person working told me it would take a week or two.

You arrive and are initially ignored. We asked for 2 stamps and stood there waiting for a good 10 minutes (for whatever). There was no one in line but us. Just way too slow for two stamps

I sent a gift from this kiosk from August 4th until today, and it has not arrived. I sent many emails and received no results. I filed a complaint with the global mail. They said the package was missing!!!!! Where are they wasting the package? I dont know. Belize needs a solution EE309225358AE

For those who are looking for the post service, the spot is not here anymore. As of 2023. 09, there is an Emirates Post service spot in Dubai Mall near Miniso Store, but I guess they change stand from time to time. Check with the information center for the most Up-to-date location.
