Had a great experience with Al Ras Post Office. A madam there went extra mile to help me out getting my documents urgently. She not only traced the documents but also provided me exact location from where I can get them. It was sorting office near Airport. Which is 24/7 operational. Highly recommended

Hello dear postal workers, on 20.11. 2023 we visited your post office in the afternoon. The post office was closed. We dropped the postcards in the outside left mailbox in front of your post office entrance. You can take postcards from the outdoor mailbox (they have postage stamps) and send them to the listed addresses in the Czech Republic (Czech Republics). Postcards are of great value to us, as we have many nice experiences from your country and thus we will keep memories of your beautiful country. I had a fantastic experience at Emirates Post in Al Ras Deira. The staff there are incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. They truly go out of their way to assist you. I visited yesterday to send a courier to the United States, and I was made to feel very welcome. The service provided by Emirates Post is not only value for money but also accompanied by a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I dont understand why my emirates id was sent to thisbpost office when it was mentioned in the applocation that it was supposes to be in Jebwl Ali. Now I have to go here during weekdays and their timing is only 3pm

NO PARKING!!!! One will have to drive around 25-30 minutes to get a parking space. Private parking near by that post office is 20 AED/Hr. Should find some solution as it is a basic thing for everyone who comes to pick/drop the parcels.

Al RAS branch of Emirates Post Group. Probably one of the oldest, if not absolutely the oldest branch of the Postal Authority. Home to about 600-700 Post office boxes and it is imperative every business establishment has a unique post box number. This is probably one of the smallest branches in the group, but by no means lagging in any of the services. A fully functional branch handling letters, parcels and courier services. A visit to the branch and the vicinity is like a stint at time travel to the older and simpler days.

Very very clumsy customer service. I live far away had to go there to collect my items 2 times because of their clumsiness. And the woman who sits in the middle counter only has one task to collect money from people, even that seems like a painful job for her. Shows in her face that she hates this job, eyebrows are always frowned, no friendly gesture. Come on ur doing customer service, u have to be humble with people. And all the roads around the place is blocked for construction, had to wait for hours in traffic , take other routes. And finally when u reach the place u see that arrogant lady and clumsy customer service.

One of the few post offices that I know. Postcard is about 3-4 AED, postage stamp is about 3-5 AED, depending on the destination country. The postcard reached Europe after 30 days ;(
