Worst service! I encountered subpar service during my recent attempt to return a package to one of the fanous retail stores. Despite providing the return address, the staff member requested a contact number that I provided on my second visit. To my surprise, the same staff member asked for a postcode, which I did not have access to at the time. I suggested using the provided company address with the contact number, but unfortunately, the package was erroneously delivered to a post office instead of the intended address. I had to get it delivered back to the post offfice where it originated. I went to collect it again. It wasted a good ten days, my time for three visits and delivery charges as well. On top, my return period also got expired and wasted the whole money for my return pacakge as well.

I went to get my Emirates ID, everything was smooth and fast. It wasnt busy there at all. I was in and out in 15 minutes. This is the best Emirates Post branch I have ever dealt with. The staff is very helpful. I would like to thank the staff and manager of Al Bada Post Office branch for their continued cooperation. There is also cold water facility.

SO BAD service !!!! I had 4 boxes, I called them and told them to send all 4 in one day and I will pay 30 aed for everything, the woman on the phone said okay and gave me an INQ number. The next day they brought me 2 boxes and said 60 ead, I returned it back and said I would not pay. I called them 5 times, talked to different workers, everyone said well, no need to pay. in the end they cheated me for 120 dirhams for 4 boxes, because the delivery guy came on different days, and they do it on purpose! and if I want to pick up the boxes, they said they don t give !!! promised that I will pay 30 ead at a time and I paid 120 ead

In-n-out in less than 10 minutes, have used this post office quite a few times for a range of services. Clean, large, ample seating area. They have complimentary arabic coffee while you are waiting! Staff are polite and helpful to a point. They have a token system in place now, you wait your turn as per the number on your token and to the counter you are sent to. They have card machines for any payments to be made. In terms of parking, its next to the Union coop market, where there is more than enough place. its a Type-D parking. For folks who are sending and receiving packages, its better to understand prior that there would be PO box/ administrative fees (excl VAT) attached.

Dear All, please be informed that this branch of Emirates Post office has shifted the weekend to Saturday & Sunday. They are completely closed both these days. Normal operating hours are from Monday to Fridays, 8:00AM to 6:30PM. On Friday there is a JUMA PRAYER break from 12:30PM to 2:00 PM. Hope this helps. I have also edited the timing. Incompetent company with poorly trained (if at all) staff. Parcel arrives and the tracking system says it s undelivered . Their definition of this is someone came to my door and I wasn t home. I work from home. And someone has always been home for the last week... I call them up. The guy tells me it ll cost me 25dhs +VAT for collection from Al Bada a. Or 35 dhs to have it delivered to my home within 4-5 days. Told him I d collect it. My schedule changed. And decided I d rather have it delivered. Called them up. This time. The guy quotes me 75dhs to pick it up. Or 81 to have it delivered. Here s the kicker. It went from 4-5 days. To 14 days... and to add. I need to pay 5% VAT of 1000dhs??? The contents of the parcel cost my friend 12 British pounds... I have no idea where 1000 dhs came from. My friend who sent me the parcel insured it for 50 pounds. This equates to 240 dhs. 5% of 240 is 12dhs.... I don t know why they think the two books inside the parcel cost 1000 dhs. This aside. The items are now being sent to a closer post office. And on the text message I receive from them. My name is Sxott d . Despite the package having my full name and address written on it. Couldn t make this up! Will never use again.

Not crowded. I wanted to ship electronic stuff to the US that didnt fit in any of the small boxes available. The team are very helpful and decent and asked me to bring the box that I feel would be adequate and protect my assets. I brought the box which was almost double the size of their existing boxes yet they didnt over charge me. More over they marked the shipment fragile without me even asking it. The cost was way much cheaper (approx 40 US$) compared to the ridiculous prices from other alternative. Shipment arrived in 7 days to the destination in perfect condition. I would defiantly go there again if I ever want to ship anything to the US .

Asking me to use their envelope but there was no change for 5 dirham! Luckily there was a foreigner lady helped me. With that kind of disturbing behaviour, now Im really worry whether my airmail would ever reached Germany. I would never step my foot there if I knew the staff is like a warden in a prison. It was a mental torture that I wish to forget. I shouldve waited a few days until I reached home and post the document from my home country. I would never visit Dubai again in my entire life.
