I recently stayed 2 months at a Staycae property, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The booking process was seamless, and the customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was modern, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, from the quality of the furnishings to the little touches like complimentary toiletries. The staff is very professional and quick responding specially Cheryl and Willman. The location was perfect with nice golf course view, and the property was in a quiet, scenic spot that made our getaway even more relaxing. I was especially impressed with how well-maintained everything was! I highly recommend Staycae to anyone looking for a hassle-free, luxurious holiday home experience.

There is an employee named Adel who is random, dishonest, and has an inappropriate behavior. A naughty person was hired and did not give me my money He does not answer calls and claims that he is traveling, even though I confirmed that he is there He is a fraudster who makes many excuses and avoids giving me my dues and rent money Otherwise, the apartment was not delivered in the condition in which it was delivered The person took money from me and furnished the apartment with inappropriate furniture. He promised me to change it and did not fulfill his word and rent the apartment. He did not give me the rent and handed me the apartment in a bad condition. More than that, it was a scam and theft. I do not recommend dealing with them at all

Dear investors. There are much better agencies in Dubai with a more favorable contract and flexible terms. To begin with, they rent out a lot of apartments in one building. Since this is the developers agency. That is, it is not your exclusive apartment that is being exhibited, but 100+ identical apartments. By the time your turn comes, you will lose a lot of money. Especially in the summer months. Choose an agency that will exclusively exhibit only your apartment. It is impossible to terminate the contract for free. You have to pay $450 for termination. Just think about it. A million companies that terminate for free with a months notice. There are only 2 types of contract in this company. With a warning for a year and 3 months. And they take 20% while many take 15%. They rent an apartment and you get 30% of the real cost early. They dont agree to your terms when you want to lower the price in order to make some kind of profit. You will not receive anything and your apartment will be empty during the summer months. Because they need to rent out all the apartments in the building, not just yours. It makes sense to work with this agency if you have bought a floor. Then they will give the apartment a priority. They have bad conditions, a lazy team and a bad advertising promotion company. Ive changed this agency to another one and Im happy. Dont repeat my mistakes. The company needs to be improved and must match the real market.

this company is a scam, there should be a 0 stars on Google reviews please do not use them for your short term rentals, there are many other companies out there who will do a better job with your property. They make you sign a contract with them which states you cannot terminate the contract for 3 months AND on top of that you also have to pay AED 1,500, once you sign with this scam of a company you will be stuck with them and there is no way to leave them even though they are NOT generating any revenue for you, imagine you re stuck 3 months with a company that is not delivering on the revenue promised and you just have to continue because this is as per contract . So my advice would be to go and search for other companies in Dubai that provide the same service for a better % back to the property owner and also don t have this ridiculous termination clause in the contract, usually it is 30 days notice with no monetary compensation. Stay away, I wish I knew earlier .. they ve employed extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate team to manage their customers/clients .. shame

Throughout our interactions, Punita exhibited a loud and rude tone, which was both inappropriate and unprofessional. Such behavior included laughing dismissively during our conversation and using disrespectful language, notably the term pissed, which I found to be highly inappropriate given the context of our discussion. This conduct not only undermined the gravity of my concerns but also contradicted the level of professionalism expected in such interactions. Additionally, I received misleading assurances regarding the return of my security deposit, which has contributed to my distress. The lack of sincere regard for client issues and the failure to fulfill commitments have notably diminished my confidence in StayCae and its services. I am compelled to request your immediate attention to this matter, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a professional and respectful dialogue with clients. Kindly take strict measures that all employees adhere to the highest standards of conduct and service. Regarding the property; it was not in a good condition at all, it had broken lamps, scratches on the floor, dirty sofas, dirty utensils and stinking smell inside the whole apartment. I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with DAMAC and its sister company, STAYCAE. Beware before considering any contracts with them. DAMAC initially lured me into a contract with STAYCAE, promising to secure the market price or higher for my property. Regrettably, this turned out to be nothing but empty assurances. Over the course of more than two years, I struggled to secure even the basic service changes for my unit. This prolonged ordeal resulted in a significant waste of time and substantial financial losses. Despite terminating my contract over a year and a half ago, the nightmare continues. STAYCAE has failed to provide me with the DCTM Cancellation form, leaving me in a state of financial disaster. It appears that they are holding my property hostage for their own benefit. This has been an extremely frustrating and regrettable journey, and I strongly caution others against taking this route with DAMAC and STAYCAE. The lack of transparency, unfulfilled promises, and the ongoing financial repercussions make it clear that dealing with this company is a total disaster. I hope this review serves as a warning to others, and I sincerely wish for a resolution to my situation.

its really a very disappointment for me as I have to follow up for my AED1000 (Security deposit)every day. It does not make sense to me that i paid through card so i will get paid refund after 14 working days, like seriously? does it make sense.. when its about collecting the payment or exact time to do check out then he team of staycae is hyper active they give calls, notify us a day before check out, and flipping to other side when client ask for their refund then they only give dates. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Seeing this attitude unlikely i will suggest stay-cae to others. I got a wonderful BRM Mr. Aqil because of him i choose staycae, he is wonderful at his work but sorry for company policies. VERY BAD

For investors - never deal with this company! They will take your apartment, which will be very poorly rented according to their reports in the application, which also works very strangely. Every month you will be in the red, or there will be short leases from which you will not see income either, since you will be written off the amount of your endless debts. They will not terminate the contract, only after a year and three months. Just dont mess with it. Im so sorry I contacted them.

Ive had an utter misfortune to stay at Staycae Celestia Vacation Homes at the end of November 2023 when I was in Dubai for work. Be careful while researching this place - they have several developments, the photos and map searches are misleading. The place that I was booked in is in the middle of nowhere in the desert, with no access to infrastructure or transport. It took me over 2 hours to check in, they charged me 1000AED deposit which I am still waiting to get back. The flat had no wifi, no gas, and by morning all electric lights stopped working. That is for almost $200 a night! I have made repeated attempts to contact the management but nobody would return my calls or messages. Staff at reception would shrug and say they are not responsible, they have been shockingly unhelpful throughout. I collected my things in complete darkness and moved out. For your safety, sanity and self respect, I advise very strongly against having anything to do with this company and the dubious services they pretend to offer.

1-terrible check in more than 1 hour, 2-The location map was wrong, I lost the road because of that and drove the car more than 12 kilometers away from the real location 3-unprofessional staff they speak with you as if you were their classmates 4-They have a strange policy, they took 1000 dirhams as a deposit which I never see even 5 stars hotel doing that!! and what is more funny that they return to you the deposit only after 1 month from the date you check out Conclusion: not recommended at all 2years already and until now I m waiting for my deposit to come back

Dear Landlords/Investor, You need to avoid doing business with this very poorly run short holiday company. They do not rent your apartment efficiently, majority of their sales people are conmen. They deduct lot of fee and unknown charges from Ernie. No commitment from management who are only interested in charging landlords. They break all promises and agreed guaranteed revenue. As an damac investor I was very disappointed how they treat owners.when rent contract ended lots of defects not fixed. but keep ask for extra money.Varun Prabhakar is the worst salesman and they have no morals to treat landlords like this, ruining reputation of damac. If you are a landlord: Don t do any business with this company. They are thieves and not reliable. They will promise you high revenue, at the end of the financial year, they will take back the revenue and use it for cleaning of the apartment. How can cleaning of an apartment be higher than the renter . I gave them property to manage . They didn t give me 1 AED for 2 years . They took all my profit and I have to pay more than 13, 000 AED to retrieve my key from this guys . They said it was for cleaning , you cleaned an apartment with a total of 26,000 AED revenue ? Varun was the culprit and he stole all my money and never gave me any single money. I gave them this property to manage during expo 2020 , my property was right in front of expo 2020. But they claimed no one stayed in the property and gave me cleaning charge or 49,000 AED in total.

It s my first time in Dubai and I d say Damac Maison Prive has exceeded my expectations. They have the best residential support I have ever experienced so far. If you are looking for a hotel/residential apartment where you could enjoy your stay in DXB I highly recommend this. Their staff are pretty nice and awesome, especially JOHN, ELI and their manager SAJID. They re making me feel safe and always make sure that everything is so smooth. The staff are friendly and helpful pointing to Mr Edwin, his attention, humility and hospitality is to be compared to non Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. We stayed with Staycae at Damac Celestia for almost two months. Fantastic support by Imran and Edwin throughout to make us feel at home. Check-in and check-out was super smooth and overall the building has good security arrangements, lovely reception area, fantastic amenities like swimming pool, gym, kids activity room and even an in-house grocery shop which is open from 8 am to mid-night. The most horrible place I have ever stayed in. Extremely dirty, the white plates have stains on them, there was a spider on the bed sheets, the entire room smelled so bad and the light switch that was supposed to be white was filled with yellow spots. The agents are horrible when dealing with any issue. Tried to shorten my stay before 24 hours and they refused. It seems like they are very unsuccessful and want to hold into every penny they get. DISGUSTING ROOMS+ HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
