If you are a property owner stay away from this company !! I gave them my furnished brand new luxury flat for more than 8 months and the average rent I was getting was less than the monthly unfurnished rent price!! They are not transparent, they do not send reports or money on time , no system , no accounting standard, no compliance with the contract and they treat owners as Biggers. after a lot of struggle i took my apartment back and it is doing far better now. When you activate the notice period they threaten you to keep your flat empty during the notice period and the amount you get in the notice period is almost 55% of the actual rent!!!

We stayed in Boulevard Point appartment and everything was just great. Despite a late checkin everything was well prepared and managed. I was not received on the first night under the pretext of late arrival, and the price for the first night was not refunded. There is no room cleaning service and no cleaning tools only for the first two nights. The delivery and pick-up of the apartment was annoying, the furniture was worn out, the lighting was bad, and the bathroom was not good. The price was After searching for similar apartments in the same place, the cheapest value, the experience is like a nightmare. Two days in Dubai. The location of the residence is close to all tourist places, and the service was wonderful from the host, Mohammed Saud, in clarifying all matters related to the residence. Actually, it was an apartment inside anantara hotel..from key host we trust the management of this hotel ..and we think they match the protection and security..so we chose to have our family vacation there.. but what happened was that no washing machine..flat dirty..no access for the gym or kids club you should pay..in pool you should pay for towels Plus the heater pipe blew..in the bathroom and hot water spread.. From ceiling to floor like rain..and the electric off ..unfortunately my children were in the bathroom..this apartment is part of the hotel..and yet when we told the management..they said the apartment is not under their management..is under key host and check with security (What if there is a short circuit...or the apartment is flooded? ) if that a safety measure!! The Keyhost agent came after 40 min was still the water drop down ..I wish if I can upload videos here will take legal action because you put our kids life under risk .. Because you did not pay attention to the periodic maintenance of the apartment

I am currently due to stay at one of their properties and I m already dreading my stay. They keep springing up new charges, ignore my requests to change my dates due to travel issues. If you haven t already booked better save your money. They do not care in any way about their clients. You could literally write in telling them you re dying and the response would be a charge for responding to your email. They re that ridiculous. I have never regretted booking a property more and I hope I never ever do business with them again. Thanks to Key Host I will never sign up for any prepaid and non refundable accommodation because it literally is the license they needed to show how inconsiderate and trashy they are. Cockroach nest in Dubai Á la Cordoba KeyHost :( We spent a week in this apartment (KeyHost - Cordoba Palace 416) It was not good - The accommodation was very smelly and dirty and full of cockroaches. The lift and corridor were full of bugs. Some of our belongings were stolen from our room. We called the owner Mr. Nurik & Aliza and Mr. Sahood every day but he did not do anything. When we wanted to call the police, they paid part of our damages. There was no hot water on several days. I would give a minus rating for this accommodation if I could To this disgusting hotel, only go there if you dont mind the dirt and cockroaches. The view is horribly ugly. The balcony overlooks a construction site. It is a shame that such accommodation can be licensed to operate in Dubai. We called Booking Customer Service at least 3-4 times but they could not help us to solve the problem.

The service is good, but the apartment was booked for 65 square meters, but in fact it turned out to be no more than 40. Very small. And this is for 7 thousand dollars a month! When we asked for a refund to move to another apartment, we were refused. In the photo the apartment looks much larger and the sofa is normal, but in fact it is a large chair that you can t even lie on. Plus, something was constantly leaking and breaking in the apartment.

The home was not cleaned properly when handed over, appliances were not working. The guy Nourik is a fraud, the day I had to check in sofa was broken, tv was not working, stains all over the carpet. I had to extend my hotel stay and they took a week to replace items after several calls. he took deep cleaning fee when I checked in, that this is the fee we take from everyone and when you leave you dont have to clean. I literally left home in a better condition then they gave and they again deducted deep cleaning fee from my security. This Nourik guy is a fraud and cheater. Worst experience.

My wife and I rented an apartment through this company, signed an agreement for half a year, after two weeks we were told that we would leave the apartment because the owner was selling it, we had to move out, this company did not even offer any alternative and they simply kicked us out on the street. the rules had no rules to break the contract, I repeat, which we signed for 6 months, there were no questions for the manager, he solved all the problems in the apartment immediately, but in general we didn t like it. When they came to collect the money 3 days later, no one even prepared it, we had to call Nurik and resolve this issue through him, although he himself said that you would come and take the money. They acted very badly, I do not recommend this company.

I rented an apartment through this company for a vacation with my family. When we arrived, Nurik met us and helped with everything we asked for, for which a special thank you to him. EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY !! I have recently stayed in Regent court apartment owned and managed by Key Host Holiday homes. Really enjoyed the stay, Wonderful location clean and well arranged apartment. I would recommend this to anyone and we will be back. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and didnt want to go home.

We found the host to be very friendly, polite and considerate they made sure that we had a comfortable stay. Apartment was clean and all we needed were provided. The staff was very helpful and proactive. We have no hesitation in recommending them to other guests.

The staff is definitely not trained to handle tourists, they are bothering them for check in and check out, don t know how to use the credit card terminal, bathroom is leaking and you receive soap/shampoo for the first day only...
