This company has the worst customer service with un transparency information given to clients. I have spoken to 3 or 4 people and informed them we are a big family and I would like to book for 2 apartments near each other, I rooms were very far away!!! In addition to the AC in one of the apartments not working & they informed it cannot be fixed! They stopped assisting after receiving the fees!

We booked a flat in Fujairah for Eid holidays and booking was cancelled because price was not correct !! They more than doubled it for same dates. Very dishonest commercial practices. Must have realised they could make a lot more money during this period. Shameful !!

Stayed with Dream Inn in Marina - Bay Central Apartment Central Tower near Intercontinental Dubai Marina . At first I was sceptic about staying with them , apartment had no reviews and I had a bad experience before with other dubai holiday homes company , I was sceptic also because I was asked from Dream Inn damage deposit of 2000 aed wich is a bit unconfrtable because in dubai all airbnb apartments don t charge deposits outside airbnb , in the end I was not charged the deposit and I reccomend Dream Inn not to charge this from guests , our stay with them has been perfect , apartment is new , Quality furniture , nice smell inside , had all the toiletries needed , we self checked in very easy . For sure will stay again with Dream In next time when in Dubai . Thank you !

I had a wonderful stay at the suite and very clean place. We had fun at the beach and at the out door swimming pools, highly recommended for family stay, truly very relaxing place. I would als highlight a spacial appreciation for Mr. Kishan who was welcoming and very cooperative with us. He managed to arrange for us an upgrade once we asked dispute that our arrival day was busy visit time and he also was very gentle to give us a late check out from the hotel. Amazing Stay!! The location was very special and the place was very clean and everyone was friendly. My recent stay at Address Beachs 3-bedroom beachside residence was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a shout-out to Mr. Kishan, the resorts experience maker, who really made it special. The residence itself was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, with three comfy bedrooms, each having its own bathroom. The living area was filled with sunlight, and the terrace had the most amazing beach views. We spent our days on the nearby beach, enjoyed the resorts cool amenities, and checked out local restaurants nearby. Most places are 5 to 10 mins away which is perfect. Overall, it was a magical beachfront getaway, and Im already counting down the days until I can go back.

Very nice, specious, clean and quiet apartment. Access to the hotel pools, and all facilities. Just keep in mind that as this are hotel apartments, all amenities such bathrobes, dental kits etc come with an extra charge. We have stayed in multiple different hotels in Fujairah over the years and I have noticed that due to the location (right behind the mountain and in front of the ocean) the air feels much cooler in specially apartments side. We enjoyed it! Special thanks to Kishan Kumar for his excellent service, he was helpful from the day of booking till the day of check out. We will definitely be back!

Mr. Kishan Kumar was extremely accommodating and offered us to check in early. We got to Dream Inn Apartments - Address Beach Residence Fujairah super early and I didn t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Overall, I had a great experience with the Dream Inn Apartments - Address Beach Residence Fujairah. The Address Hotel in Fujairah has a walkway on the beach, and it also has a private beach and 3 swimming pools. There is the possibility of staying in the hotel and the possibility of staying in private rooms very close to the hotel. From my experience, we lived in an apartment in section B, and it was very comfortable, and the employee Kishan was not short of it from the first day we stayed. Until our visit to the hotel ended

Thieves. They will collect security deposit and demand by card payment, whereas will take weeks or months to be refunded. And the security deposit is too big, 2000 dirhams. They will also make. Drama to get that security deposit. In my case, they sent me a broken glass, like tiny pieces which is impossible that it has been broken into particles that anybody can hear or notice, and when i refuse /deny that we have broken or damaged any part of the property, they said the glass was broken because of the heat. Yes, heat of the sun. When all unit balconies are made of glass but none had been broken at all simce its existence , crooks.

Unprofessional staff that doesnt document the handover of the property and access cards properly. Weve been handed 1 access card only and 2 weeks after we vacated the property they claim that 2 access cards have been given and one is lost now. No documentation at move in and move out. Not the smartest decision to blame the guest for the companys lack of documentation. As a returning customer this was a very disappointing experience.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! BAD Qaulity. the building is too old. The management is not helpful with our bags! The apartment doesnt offer water or tea bags or cofffee although they write that there is coffee machine and kettle. The rooms smelled bad. The pillows are not comfy. The security guy who was staying or covering for the receptionest was aggrieve and not friendly when we asked if there is a way or storage for the bags sp we can have a breakfast after checking out! overall NEVER AGAIN! One of the worst companies for renting villas in terms of dealing, cleanliness and credibility with the customer. There was a delay in delivering the villa and the villa was delivered in a very bad condition in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. There was dirt in the swimming pool and a malfunction in the air conditioning. After communicating with the company, we were informed that the technician would be sent, and after a long period of time the technician was sent. A technician will install an air conditioner, and this will take 3 to 4 hours, according to what the technician reported. This indicates a lack of interest in maintenance and a lack of respect for the tenant. The air conditioning and maintenance are supposed to be installed at times when one of the tenants is not present. The gas was cut off from the villa and a person came to inform us of the existence of a gas bill that has not been paid and must We have to pay it to run the gas, and this is unacceptable and uncivilized because it is not the responsibility of every tenant to pay the gas bills. The water was cut off from the villa while we were there. There is no respect for the customer at all in dealing and speaking. Lack of respect for the state s decisions in terms of precautionary measures, as the villa was delivered without... 24 hours between each tenant

1- Full No. 5 Frond M was delivered to us without a 24-hour period between each inmate 2- At 3:20 pm, cleaning procedures are still in place, and according to the contract, the villa must be delivered at 3:00 pm 3- The presence of dirt in the pool and after communicating with the company we were informed that cleaning materials were put in the pool and we were informed an hour later the pool will be ready for use and after an hour has passed the pool is still dirty so the company was contacted to retrieve the amount of the remaining nights and the amount of one night only was rejected and it was not Refund can be made on the following day after delivery and the pool is still dirty 4- On the morning of the next day, the gas was cut off from the villa, and a person came at 10 oclock in the morning asking us to pay the gas bill and we were notified how the gas was cut and paid by us, we are not responsible for this point 5- We were contacted with the company regarding the adaptation on the first floor of the villa that it was not sufficiently cooled on the same ground floor and we did not respond, and no one came to check the problem. This is totally not expected they waste or time and happiness we stay here upset only cleaning and following with the agent to check the missing things and problem we face, and add to that the kitchen sink is overflowing. We didn t use the swimming pool we didn t use the first floor as the AC is not working and the problem that they know that its not working as the working mans they came with new AC they said we want 3 to 4 hours to fix. This is totally unacceptable.
