Very bad ,,not suitable for families at all,,most people coming for daily rental are so noisy,,they keep singing and shouting all through the night till dawn sometimes. No respect to other residents and their kids who are trying to get some quiet sleep at night. If there was rating less than one star Ill choose it.

Our stay was great. The maintenance guy is very helpful and approachable. We just hope that the pool was available for use coz it was one of the greatest factor that we rented the place but unfortunately, it was closed.

nice place..but the neighbors are not we been there to have fun but our neighbor came to our villa and told us to keep quiet or else they will call police. we are just singing for fun.what we are suppose to do there? Rooms : 4/5

For lovers of housing that is comfortable, wonderful, and quiet at the same time, and staying there is enjoyable if you want to feel absolute freedom in the place of residence, as it features a private car park, an entrance to the villa along the length, distinctive rooms, excellent air conditioning, villa, radiation, company, and the swimming pool is excellent. I have two observations. The first is the inconvenience of cars, especially since it is on a public road The second is cleaning once every 3 days because it is a villa system, and if the villa management is aware of this issue, I think it is better The location is excellent, close to markets, supermarkets, and restaurants, and this is very special

The villa itself is very clean and spacious. Its a nice place to stay for multiple days. You can use the washing machine, cook, etc. The only downside during our stay is that we didnt get to use the pool because they had to clean it and they only finished when we were about to check out so a lot of time was wasted. And there is no shade so it was very hot.

The villa is a bit dated and the pool is just ok. Not cleaned daily. The bedrooms are all on the 1st floor so aged and diabled might find it difficult. The location is excellent, just 10mins walk to the beach. The caretaker Anwar was on hand to check us in at 2am. Housekeeping had kept in safe custody a sunglass we had forgotten in the villa while checking out and was returned when we visited a week later.

The cleanliness is very very poor... No cleaning at all.. The housekeeping staffs are playing hide and seek. Toilets are not cleaned even after 3 weeks...

As for my experience with the villa, I stayed in it with beautiful rooms, but the services are very bad. There is no room service at all, and there is no reception center. All dealings are done via mobile phone. If the mattress gets dirty with just one spot, they will fine you 200 dirhams.
