My sister got her WEDDING dress literally the day before her wedding & we were promised to receive it 2 weeks earlier. We struggled through the whole process of making the dress .. tho we had our own inspiration and fabric, all they had to do is put the dress together and bring it to reality. The only reason that kept us going with this place was because we have done some initial payment for them to start working on the dress (which i assume they didn t until the end). I suggest that they should work on their costumer service & communication more to at least fulfill their costumer s satisfaction! Overrated & disappointed.

Unfortunately we faced the worst experience ever, the attitude was so poor and not professional. As soon as they get the money they keep ignoring and treat u bad not as before the payment. And don t take a word from them without signed paper, so you have your rights. I advise you not to deal with them at all.

I had a really lovely experience meeting with the designer Walid Atallah. The staff were welcoming and patient which made me felt at ease. Not to mention, there were so many options to choose from and the quality was admirable. The designer assistants were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They arranged for many trials to ensure I was happy and satisfied. My absolute dream dress which made me feel like a princess. I got compliments off so many times from different people about how charming the dress was on me. Thank you Walid!
