This is definitely the co-working space you ve been searching for. Our digital agency has been here for over a year, and we truly have no complaints. The design focuses on comfort, with a spacious work area and a vibrant community space. You can unwind with a game of pool, explore board games, dive into interesting books, schedule meetings in soundproof rooms, and enjoy delightful drinks from the coffee bar. Premium Grade A office space, modern interiors, the support staff is friendly, always smiling reception desk managed by Rose, the ever helpful IT Support staff, the barista Michael at the cafe with great coffee. It s got this nice vibe all over. You feel like becoming the next big company and thriving ahead with more business plans. They even have these pods to sit for your important calls. And if any visitor comes, they are guided by the receptionist and they are always impressed. They have a meeting room, big board room with views of Bay Square water feature, and a really big seminar space for your events as well. We were searching for a business center but after seeing this one, there is none other with such a concept where it doesn t feel like a regular business center at all. When you enter, there is lots of open space and feels very good as the whole floor is with Unbox. And Bay Square location is the best address in Business Bay, with cafes and supermarket and hotel, all below, very convenient. Finally, you can wind down the day with a game of billiards with like minded entrepreneurs. Unbox also arranges events for the members to grow. All in all, it s a steal. Must check out.

A comfortable, modern working environment with open plan, semi-private and private workspaces available. Bay Square is a great location with restaurants, hotels and other services nearby. There is a coffee shop inside together with some presentation spaces for hire for people. I came for a day pass and would return again. I recommend you bring a multi-plug or extension cord to make sure that you have access to plug and enough plugs if you are working in the open plan area.
