The place is beautiful and overlooks Burj Khalifa. I visited it because I am a subscriber to Servcorp Al Khobar. I have the right to spend 3 hours a day I met Ms. Israa, she was professional and provided me with valuable information Some offices overlook Burj Khalifa and others are indoors Prices: 1500 shared space Offices start from 7,000 dirhams

These guys are genuine scammers. They seemed nice at first, but soon started tagging on other fees, then when you try and cancel at the end of the contract they ignore you and keep taking your money. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BANK DETAILS.

A wonderful stay, a beautiful place, and a luxurious, clean and ideal apartment. It is close to and overlooks the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. It is close to the Dubai Mall and you can go to it by walking through the private air-conditioned walkway from directly in front of the apartment entrance to the inside of the mall.
