The offices are good and the location is excellent!! But the problem is with the management. When I dealt with them, they did not mention to me that the parking service is not available. Other than that, they charge two months rent, and when they are lazy, they do not return the insurance. I sent emails, but there is no life for whomever you call. Very bad service.

Coworking is very nice, but BEWARE of payments. I asked to cancel my membership for next month and a refund of my deposit without a paper trail... I never saw my money again and they dont answer my emails anymore. Customer service 0, too bad.

Was looking for a hot-desk coworking place for a month, Serv Corp handled it wonderfully Came there personally, was greeted by a very friendly staff who showed me around. They haven t tell me the price right away (which is slightly inconvenient) but promised to send a price offer instead. The offer was sent in a couple of hours and was around 800 AED for a month, no strings attached. Carefully read the agreement tho, as mine contained some weird polices such as 5GB/month data cap (no mistake here), which was waived once mentioned. Other than that, no complains, they provide amazing service, 5 stars!

I paid once and they without my permission or ever saying anything to me put my card on a monthly payment plan which took me 6 months to realise I was being charged. I emailed them asking to be refunded as I never went to the office after my first month. Which they refused. I then asked for a contract which I signed signing me up for this payment plan and they just stopped emailing me back

Servcorp is a a great inviroment, i have used the co-working solution that they offer, the new co -working area is very nice and cosy with very good and fast internet connection, awsome team and great facilities. I will make sure to return to the co-working solution whenever i am back in Dubai. I really like it there.

Servcorp was right there when we needed to become effective at running our day to day business. Our free zone licensing process was going to take significant time and effort to sign a lease agreement and we turned to Servcorp. On Thursday we signed the lease. On Sunday we are sending emails and printing documents. The support team has been fantastic and the coffee machine works tirelessly for our team. We really could not be more satisfied.
