Bad service , they are just so nice to close the deal after that they never pick up a call. In such situation they even didnt clean he apartment , not even disinfected that. While I think by law u have to do in the situation. And they just not even passed to the management that they did rent the apartment for us to be able to move to the building. The agent after taking his commission disappeared. Also be careful they dont take u to the office, they close the deal always far from office. What ever thy promise always check with the building management because mainly we just requested for a covered parking , and the agent confirmed it is . And we believed him buy then we got to know that the parking was open not covered. ( And this is rare in JLT). Worst customer service and after sales. And I hope Dubai municipality will see the following comment as hey didnt even clean that apartment in such situation. Very good job. Worst real estate company ever .
