Ive been staying in one of their rental homes since October, and to be honest, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The team is lazy, doesn t respond to complaints. For instance, Mr. Danish from the maintenance team is highly incapable when it comes to resolving maintenance queries. Another nightmare is they have code-based locks; theyve given me an incorrect code, and Ive been after them for days to change it, but they dont respond. Can you imagine being stuck at your own house because if you leave, you cannot enter? Worst company Ive gotten a home from! Please think twice before getting any kind of service from them.

Very Bad service. Even after several tries to reach out to them with complaints regards room, they will not revert back, and dont even care about the needs of the tenants and the services they offered. Please dont take rooms from them.

They made me pay one day extra , beside they can leave you outside your room by deactivate your cards then you have to wait out side waiting for some one to come and open the flat for you, also flat not clean full of cockroach and bed insects , I will not recommend it to any one

Very spacious and good studio apartments I have been staying from past 3 months and had a good experience with them First of all they don t charge any commission so I saved money in that ,plus maintenance was also free so I don t have to worry about ac and electronic stuffs So had a great time definitely deserves 5 stars All the best guys
