I worked with *JAMAL* From day one, he has been very helpful, I had to change cars 3 times, and JAMAL took care of everything. The cars I received were always in excellent condition, The whole experience was very smooth, JAMAL was always available on call and message, great guy.

My leasing experience with Thrifty has been a hassle and headache since the beginning. Their response time is past a 48 hour window. They provide inaccurate information and you can tell the communication between areas there lack consistency and clarity. I ve had to go to the head office to provide documentation they should have in their system however it seems that when employees leave, the proper handover isn t done. I have wanted to end my agreement with them months into the lease however there s no way they will waive the early termination fee when the customer has been in the right and has done more work than the actual employees. They ll just keep providing apologies and excuses. Whomever is over management is absolutely lackadaisical in their approach to provide outstanding customer service and needs to hire a consultant agency to guide them in the right direction if they want to retain and increase their customer numbers. The longest 2 years of my life with these people

RUN RUN RUN Better to walk than to rent this agency More than 30 days and I always dont have my deposit back, what a shame to have to contact https://consumerrights.ae/en/Pages/consumer-complaint.aspx and the police to have the money back! It was a year of issues with them, they dont know how to work, thats crazy, please dont rent to this agency, they have to close. Never saw a company like this!!! The positive reviews are fake reviews, 100% sure! Even the agency contacted me in 5 min to change my review but not to refund me, lol!

big scammers, do not provide a price list but invent prices. The car is given with half a tank and when you return it it is claimed that you return it with less so that you will be charged extra costs. staff rude not recommended!

Its very disappointing and to be very honest i will never ever use your services also will never ever recommend thrifty to anyone. AED 2000 for minor damage is seriously very expensive and not at all justifiable. Seriously very disappointed with the way thrifty is working which is only focusing on making money and not at all considering the consumers situation.

Such a shame that the local management has lost the plot of their business. Poor customer focus trickling down. Lack of accountability by staff. Decided to move to another rental agency after using them long term = no flexibility or loyalty to long term customers. I hope that their global office audits them behind the scenes one day.

This company is a scam. I had a dispute and my bank found in my favour and forced me a refund of all the money. Thrifty customer service is a scam department. Beware they will ask for a surprise 3000AED deposit after you pay for the car upfront. Then they will charge you if you want to cancel the booking. AVOID.

worst rental car company and worst customer services, i got replacement car and return it on the time without any issue, and they said as company policy the security deposit will refund after 30 days. later on the said no it will be 40 days and its already mentioned on the contract you had signed. and now after 50 days still nothing returned and even they not reply my messages and when i call they said give us some time for checking . they are not professional and they just playing with you, once you start shouting on them they will listen.

Horrible service I rented a car with them through Swapp and wanted to return it earlier than my return date . A very rude one from call center his name Sumnath i believe he should be trained how to deal with people and basics of customer service!!! I lost the key at 10pm and confirmed the key replacement at 10.30pm wherein they asked for the cash payment of 945aed to deliver the spare key. They confirmed that it will be delivered in1 hour and it has been 11.37pm and through telecom just he is saying that he is going to office to pick the key and also says that it will consume 1.20 hrs to deliver the key. I have using the car continuously for more that 15 months.No value for what had been paid for 15 months.
