***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** Booked a red Ferrari F8 Tributo on the 1st September to be delivered to The Hilton on Al Marjan Island, north of Dubai, on the 30th September. Location, time, price and deposit were all pre agreed on the 1st September. 1 hour before the arranged drop off time, we were told that there would be an additional delivery charge of 500AED, so 1000AED in total (around £200). Despite showing the company proof of messages that there was no delivery charges for this vehicle, they refused to honour the arranged agreement. Totally untrustworthy and have spoiled the last day of our holiday.

We visit Dubai every year, and Ive always been a bit wary of renting cars after hearing stories about hidden charges and scams from some local companies. That s why I ve been cautious when it comes to choosing a rental service. This time, a friend recommended Superior, and all I can say is WOW! The experience was amazing from start to finish. I worked with Farah and Ala to set up the booking, and everything went smoothly. I rented a Range Rover Vogue, Audi RSQ8, Lamborghini Urus, and a Rolls Royce Ghost. All the cars were in great condition and super fun to drive. One thing I loved was their free delivery and collection service. Their team would come to drop off the new car and pick up the old one, which made everything so convenient. I dealt with Omar, Mohammed, Tanveer and Selim, and I ve got to give a special shout-out to Selim he was awesome! Always on time, honest, and just really great to deal with. They were all great but I built a nice rapport with Selim. Like with anything, a couple of things went wrong, but Yaad was right on top of it. He was super helpful and made sure everything was sorted without any hassle. I also got a small parking fine during my trip, and Mrs. Layal was amazing in guiding me through the process of paying it. She was really patient and supportive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I ll definitely be using Superior again next time I m in Dubai! Our relationship is started with an issue. We wanna rent green lamborghini huracan but they wrote to us on that day the wasn t available. I rented the Range Rover svr for 1 day in Dubai. The communication between superior and me was outstanding. Price was very friendly and realistic. It was a smooth process with booking and delivering the car in total about 2 hours. I then decided when my rental was coming to end I wanted to extend further a day the process again was outstanding and took no less then 10 mins to pay via web link and receive my receipt and details. The car was in outstanding condition when it came to me. When they collected the car it was a 10 min process they checked it over for damage which there was none and that was that. Thank you for your prompt responses. However, I was disappointed with the recent interaction regarding my request to rent a Ferrari 488 Spider. After being informed that the car was unavailable, I inquired about the availability of a Huracan and attempted to negotiate a fair price. I understand if the company cannot offer a discount, but as a customer, it is within my rights to ask. Unfortunately, I was met with a message from your agent instructing me to stop asking for a discount, followed by an assertion that, because its your car, you can say anything. While I respect that you have the right to set your prices, I believe that customer interactions, especially in a luxury market, should be handled with professionalism and courtesy. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe that aligning customer service with the high standards of the vehicles you offer would benefit both your company and your clients.

i usually never write nor give 1 star reviews but this a bad experience. we rented two cars last year (summer 2023) but recently (summer 2024) was charged twice without any prior knowledge. concerned, i contacted superior rentals on three different platforms (email, telegram, and whatsapp). the accountant managing whatsapp was only able to explain one charge. i asked about the second charge, since it was 20x higher than the first. no reply. i had to keep messaging the accountant on whatsapp every other day but they took over a week to reply and essentially had an attitude (replied in all caps), still never explaining the second charge. ive contacted the complaint email once again and still no reply. ive been waiting patiently enough. its been 2 weeks to figure this out. i dont understand why the charges were taken when its been a year + no notifications before we were charged.

Chaima helped me via Whatsapp and I was able to book a rental for a Bentley Continental GTC Azure in less than 10 mins. Nadeem helped me get the car I wanted, delivered it to my hotel at the agreed time and explained everything in perfect detail, he answered all my questions.
