Dear to whom concerned., The unprofessional behavior exhibited and repeated attempts to mislead me have caused significant inconvenience. To summarize my experience: 1. I originally rented a vehicle with a 2.0L engine; however, your team provided a 1.6L engine vehicle without informing me. I discovered this by chance when I contacted your team, and they seemed surprised when caught. 2. I requested a replacement vehicle, and the car sent was in poor condition. After a long discussion, the team replaced it again with an old vehicle without a screen. 3. I informed your team that I intended to escalate this issue to the Dubai government. At this point, they promised a better replacement car. However, the vehicle provided had a faulty air conditioning system. The supplier and his partner gave a me a car with low technical specs and low performance without informing me till the got and they admitted that they are aware of this .

Great company great service affordable prices. Car once broke and got replacement within hours. My go to car rental in Dubai. April at millennium Hotel airport branch is always available to exceed expectations and goes several extra miles to help. Always available and always responsive.

The level of customer service by Shift is impressive, they concern about quality and safety . Specially we were educated for new traffic fines.They are located just 1 km away from airport after returned the car we had immediate taxi availability to go to the airport. Shaik and Rajindar was helpful.

Their customer service was absolutely brilliant, hired an Ex-Terra for a week, went to pick it up from their Deira branch by Nissan Dealer, however there was a slight issue concerning the immediate availability of the model I had booked. This was quickly rectified and they rented us a newer upgrade model, while sticking to the same price they had quoted for the lesser version. As soon as the Ex-Terra became available they brought it to our hotel and swapped it, no issues at all. Their response and immediate action when there was an issue was the highlight of their commitment to customer satisfaction. On our last day they sent a driver to pick the vehicle up from our hotel. We were always kept informed about what was happening at all times. Great service delivery, will definitely be using these guys again next time 10/10 service.

DISHONEST; LACK OF INTEGRITY I would like to inform any potential / current / previous customers of Shift Car Rental to take caution if you are considering entering into a car rental contract with Shift Car rental. I was a loyal customer of theirs for approximately 4 years. When the time came for me to end my contract with them ( June 2022) they suddenly made an unauthorized deduction of 4453.00 AED from my credit card. When I called to query the deduction I was told it was for a traffic violation. When I asked when the traffic violation had occurred they told me it had occurred in January 2022. When I asked them why they were only making me aware of the violation 6 months later after ending my contract, they said it was because the traffic department had only notified them of the violation 5 months after it had occurred. I proceeded to contact the traffic department to query this information. The traffic department stated that the traffic violation was sent to Shift Car rental shortly after this occurrence ( February 2022). My grievance with Shift car rental is that they were dishonest and misleading. They, by law should have made me aware of the traffic violation as soon as they were notified. I believe they waited for me to end my contract with them before making me aware of the violation to ensure I remained a customer for as long as possible. I have concluded that Shift Car Rental is dishonest, misleading and highly unorganized. Please opt to use an additional car rental company if you would appreciate being treated with honesty and integrity.

After long search I found shift car rental. They offered me a mid range car for low price, reasonable price for full insurance. I do recommend for car rental. The only disappointment i can say is timing since they close on 6pm where few rental shop available at 9-11pm.

Nice place. Deepu at the reception is a very nice and efficient guy. Prices are reasonable and cars well maintained most of the time. I have been there almost ten times now and wont change my place to go for car rental
