This Company is diabolical, i asked and booked for a Nissan Kicks which they didnt have when i went to collect. One of the cars they gave me got damaged in the floods and they accused me of doing the damage, like i control the rain!!! They cancelled the Contract because I complain too much now they have deducted a collection charge and a cleaning charge from the deposit. They cancelled the Contract so why should i be the to return it to Al Quoz and we live in a desert so the car will always be dirty. Do not use this Company they are so unprofessional and unreliable.
