Unsatisfied, Long time to replay to me, More than 2 hours trying to reach them. I told them I am coming to pick up the car because all there drivers where busy. I reach their and paid the full amount and waited for 1 hour , then they are saying the car have no fuel and I have to take the driver with me to refuel the car. I canceled the booking at the same time without even driving the car. . Bad experience. To be fair they were so polite with me and respectful.

Complaint Regarding Rental of Defender 2023 I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the Defender 2023 vehicle I recently rented from your company. Unfortunately, the car did not meet my expectations for several reasons: 1. **Overused Condition**: The car appeared to be overused, and there was a strong cigarette smell inside, which was unpleasant. 2. **Excessive Vibration**: There was significant vibration coming from the tires, which made the driving experience uncomfortable and concerning. 3. **Non-GCC Model**: The vehicle was not a GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) model, as the gauges were in miles rather than kilometers, which is not standard or convenient for this region. 4. **Ambient Lighting Issues**: The doors had ambient lights installed, which were either aftermarket or a non-standard feature. These lights caused a strong reflection on the windows, making it difficult and unsafe to see the side mirrors while driving. This was my first time renting a car from RPM, and it will likely be the last due to this experience. I Rented the 2020 RR Wraith and here s my experience: - car condition is not what I expected a lot of dents, scratches all over the car as well as there is minor hit in the rear bumper. - inside screen cover didn t work (go up and down) - gas was literally empty around 15 km left when I took it. - car odometer was around 126K which is a lot for an RR. - price was around 3900 dhs a day which is considered a lot for the condition of the car. However, I took advantage of the 50% discount they offered back then, otherwise, I wouldn t rent the car with this condition. - you have 250km a day if you breach it you have to pay 4 dhs per 1km I gave a 4 star rating because it s a reputable company that you can trust as well as the owner is always there and renting process was very smooth. Moreover, I think if you lower your prices you will get more customers to rent cars from you guys, it was my first time renting from RPM I usually deal with someone else which does not take a deposit from me when renting and in case I took a traffic ticket he will contact me and I pay it. They have the most car varieties in the UAE from a Bugatti Cheron to an Audi A3 N.B please note they will not tell you before renting that salik will be on you and they take a certain percentage in case you took a traffic ticket over the price of the ticket Update regarding the 2000 dhs deposit, when they return the deposit and you know you don t have fines but a couple of salik lets say for 100 dhs, you expect at least you get back 1900 but no they send back around 1750-1600 I forgot the exact amount due to transfer fee and bla bla. What they should do is BLOCK the amount from the credit card instead of debiting it!

It was the worst experience in my life, the worst deal I ever had. I rented a car and they brought me a second type, and the problem was that the car was scratched from everywhere. I had an extremely disappointing experience with (RPM rent a car). I had specifically reserved a G63 2023 model, but was handed the keys to a G63 2020 model. This isnt just a simple mix-up, but a clear breach of our agreement. The companys inability to deliver as promised has caused significant inconvenience and has negatively impacted my overall experience. I expected better from a company of this caliber. I hope this review serves as a reminder to (RPM rent a car) to uphold their commitments to customers. Future customers, please be wary and ensure you get what youve been promised.

I put a star for the comment A very bad company with no credibility. It tempts you with the price, and if you come to deliver the car, you will be charged fines that are double the value Among their conditions is that you receive the car with full gasoline and return it with full They give you something missing, and if you return it with the same thing, they will deduct 50 dirhams from the insurance. They say there is not enough gasoline? Also, delivery at the airport allows you to enter the parking lot to calculate the fees for you, even though the rest of the offices receive them from the drop-off and pick-up area. Also, if you receive a violation, they will charge you 75 dirhams and tell you a payment fee?!?! Also, the insurance tells you 14 days and it will be returned. More than a month has passed and I have called more than once. They do not want to return it and have it been deducted from it yet? If there is a very minor scratch on any part of the car, you will be fined for the value of the part, even if its value is 4,000 dirhams?!? Even though I pay insurance?!?! I advise everyone to never deal with them There are much better and cheaper offices that will not take advantage of you

A very bad company. Twice I dealt with them, all of them worse than each other. You choose a car and you get a second car and the insurance. You have to run after them to return it 3 months ago until the insurance has been refunded.

If you re ever in the Emirates . I could not recommend a better place to rent a car. They have the best collection I ve seen (and I ve been to many!). They simply do not compare to others in terms of service and security. Express service, staff are excellent, very friendly and welcoming. They immediately offered me a seat and beverages etc almost no waiting time! Extremely flexible and understanding. I was genuinely running late from an event on my last day and was almost 2hours late to return the car - nobody hassled me or chased me up (as that could ruin your mood sometimes) and they didn t even charge me anything extra!! Literally as it says on the tin! No none sense- very transparent! Just brilliant! I Cannot recommend this place highly enough. All I can say is I never need to worry about car rentals in UAE anytime I visit (based in Dubai). Well done to the team at RPM! Until next time

When I rented the car they told me that It is required an International Driving License. I needed the car urgently and I trusted them. They charged me 200$ for the license. After a double check I found out that not only the price for the license it s less than 30$ and also it s not even required for my nationality. Be careful and double check before spending your money!

Be careful because the insurance amount will cost you a lot, and if you contact the employee, he will refer you to the accountant and then refer you to the person who is supposed to explain to you the reason for the discount.
