The only car rental company I deal with after trying so many. They are extremely flexible with their process and have great prices. Their cars are all new year model and never have any issues. We returned the car in order to ask for a refund of the deposit, but its been a month and they keep saying in two days. I wrote DED Champlain, so well see. I hired Kings nephew to send someone there to regulate thefts and deposit scams. Surely this will not stay only on this one.

Horror, avoid they dont want to return your deposit for a car that has been properly returned. After frequent delays, the only thing you can do is open a DED complaint or contact a lawyer in Dubai to report this company to all possible institutions.

But after that I return the car and Ive been waiting for the return of the deposit for more than a month, they dont answer the messages, they invent a hundred things just to not return the deposit. We were happy with the car and pricing, but unfortunately for international customers the deposit policy is misleading as I was asked to make a deposit payment with my credit card when renting the car and after returning the car they told me that they do not refund the deposit to the card the payment was made with. Instead they refund the deposit to a bank account, which I was charged a fee for leading to me making a loss and not getting the full deposit back. So if you rent a car here please do ask about this in full detail before you agree as you will lose money! Most car rentals simply refund the money back to the card it was charged with and this does not create any issues for any party, so this policy does not make any sense.

I had quite a worst experience from this Rental Car company recently. Long story short: they have tricks up their sleeve to cheat money out of you in many ways. I was charged by a Fraudulent transaction for 1128 AED which I am still trying to resolve and that with very little hope. Stay away from them and be aware.
