My review based on 30 days experience with Milele. Positive view. 1. Overall experience was positive, with efficient service and a friendly process/ no much paperwork. 2. The customer service team was responsive, assistive on addressing my queries promptly. 3. The after-sales team provided support more so the delivery gentleman (Showrav) though some delays from the scheduled delivery time was experienced 4. The car condition was excellent, clean, and well-maintained. I will give 10/10 Area of improvement. 5. Delivery & pick-up chargers. For long term contract/ hires (>30 days) I would suggest exemption as a plus+ if the delivery is within working hours. 6. In my own experience, the price was not bad though less kilometres (4k) compared to the 5000 kilometres given by others. Room to improve would be a plus+. So I would highly recommend Milele Car Rentals if your looking to rent a car flexible payment options, no security deposit/ credit card is mandatory. Thank you Milele and the entire team

Earlier, i rated a 5, but now i had to change my mind Keep in mind that this feedback is not for an individual person but for the company. 1- your contact center response time needs to improve - I contacted over whatsapp on the 25 Mar to get the car serviced but had no response until 2nd April after me trying to get through the number multiple time. 2- after getting through service for the car was confirmed, with the location I shared & the time we agreed. However the person arrived at 11:30 instead of 9:30 3 - during this conversation, there was no mention of charges that the I need to pay to collect the car n get the car serviced, this was new as no other company that I engaged with in the past charged me for service ,n then tell me its for the delivery of the car AED50. also, the car was taken, and no replacement was provided during the time . 4- When the car is returned, I do not see the sticker of the service done, as the majority of the service centers will mention the next KM for servicing Muhammed Daud did his job of collecting the car & returning the car servicing team from milele 14-5-24 Adding additional STAR.. is is Only because Ismail was genuinely curious in solving the issue, AED 50 was adjusted against the next months rental .

Superb Service Even in a Metropolitan city like Dubai, its really difficult to find a rental service, which not only provides a great, quick and efficient service but in a really affordable cost as well. Then I found Milele, where I experienced all the abovementioned qualities with excellent support from the staff.
