I recommend it 1000 percent! This company really brightened up our holiday in Dubai, the manager of Mahtab is a nice young guy, he picked out just a luxury car for our budget, we didn t even expect that we would be offered such a car for quite reasonable money. No deposits, everything is transparent, any issue is resolved adequately and humanely, unlike other companies, where they offer low-class cars for a lot of money, while demanding exorbitant deposits, which are then not returned, inventing a million reasons. Upon arrival in Dubai, I will only apply for a car to this company!

Absolutely top class experience from the first contact. All by whattsapp and simple. Car I rented (GMC V8) was new and delivery and collection very smooth. These guys are positive and helpful. I will repeat this the next time I visit Dubai. Thanks lads. Rented again March 2024 from Helux car rental. Super service from Mike who I met. Delivered the car to my hotel and collected at same location. No hassle. Will continue to rent again in summer when Im back. 5 stars from me and my family thanks lads.

Very professional, supportive , friendly and cooperative car rental company. Was very worried as a tourist to rent a car with so much money but Mr. Kamran made sure we feel safe and comfortable which made it easier for us to communicate and hire a car from them. From the beginning to end we had a very clear communication about the hiring process which was very appreciated. He is a true gentleman and left a very fantastic image to us. Excellent service and communication from start to finish. I got lucky and Heluxy were nice enough to give me their brand new SVR completely free of charge. Deposit was also returned back in time. Will definitely be using again. Was difficult to judge on who to trust as the competition is quite high but these guys are honestly 10/10!

I had rented the Nissan Patrol from Heluxy, I requested them to arrange delivery at the airport and also asked for a baby car seat. We communicated in advance with them and upon arrival, the handover processes was prompt and smooth. As requested they had attached a car seat and also left my kids a jar full of candies. The car was clean, comfortable and there were a few water bottles for us too. Returning the car was very easy, it was picked from my location at the time agreed. Lastly as promised they shared with me the Salik charges which was deducted from my Secuirity deposit and the remaining amount was refunded back to me promptly. Good service, open 24 hours a day. We rented a car with delivery several times. The Porsche Cayenne GTS is fresh, only 5k miles, but the BMW 7 is a little tired. The only negative is that the car does not come with a full tank of gas.
