As some people before me, I paid 400euro as a deposit 7m ago (they insisted on cash, but I paid it by card), and till today, despite several atempts of contact, they still didnt return it. I will report it to the Police. I advise you to use international renting companys if you dont want to have any problems.

We are Italian tourists and we used their service and after two months we never got back the money given in advance, they withheld more than 410, THEY ARE THIEVES! Dont trust me

I dont recommend it at all I sent them the arrival time and waited for more than 45 minutes, and in the end the driver stopped the car in a parking lot for a fee of 30 riyals. Of course, a security deposit of 1,500 riyals is required. The visa was withheld and they said it would be returned within 24 hours after your delivery. Now it has been three days and more for it to be posted in my account.

I´m spanish. I came to Dubai to visit the city and I rent a car in Harrods. The experience was perfect. The service of all people working there was very nice and the car was great. I can highly recommend this company! Gteat services, perfect communication and fair prices. Cons - you should repair reservation form on your website. Great service. The manager speaks fluent English; The car, although from the budget category, is in perfect technical condition. I didn t get any fines for five days, the deposit was returned a month after the conclusion of the contract. The downside is that the booking form on the website does not work.
