After 3 years of renting cars with Fairdeal, I can say they have been providing a perfect service. Always listening and finding solutions for clients requests and challenges. I rented a Kia from them for two weeks. The car was very nice until the last couple of days when I encountered some issues, possibly due to the weather or rain the day before. They were very supportive and took care of the whole situation. They also returned the full deposit exactly on time, which is something very few car rental places do in Dubai. You can tell if a business is good based on how it handles serious situations with its clients, and this business did not disappoint. I highly recommend them.

On top of being conveniently located in close proximity to the metro these people were very helpful to find the best solution for needed vehicle. Communication was very easy and transparent. Everything that was agreed at the beginning was fulfilled.

Very pleasant experience, everything was as agreed. Car were in good condition and clean. Deposit returned as promised. The only minus would be that they are charging pickup and delivery location is not really convenient ( traffic and lack of parking in barsha). Apart from that, really positive experience.

My request was handled at utmost professionalism. I was treated in a very polite and respectable way without the usual hassle of buying/ selling negotiation. Mr. Wael has put a fair offer from the beginning which was pleasant and surprising at the same time. Once we had an agreement, I was handed over the cash on the spot and taken to complete the formalities in a blink of an eye. The whole experience was satisfactory and above my expectation. Moreover, I believe I ll be more confident dealing with them-Mr. Wael in particular- again to look for my next vehicle. I m sure they will be as fair selling as buying. Worest car rental service ever!!!! I rented a car for a month, in the first day it broke down and they replaced it with different one which broke down as well in the next day, and worest the 3rd car every few day a problem with tires then with the AC which they never admit it or even tried to fix it and had to fix the headlight TWICE myself as they werent bother to send someone to take the car to the garage.

WOW! absolutely shocking service. the salesman hangs up the phone as i call them because im in meeting yet is constantly online and replying by whatsapp. 2. on google it says they close at 8pm, yet salesman did not want me to come at 6:15 pm because they are closing at 6 apparently 3. terrible service and mis-information, my friend asked what is the deposit, they told him 1,000, i asked about the same car they told me 1,500. 4. so unprofessional and do not want your business lol, what a disgusting way to treat potential clients, i am going to rent a car regardless, i was just looking whether this company will push me to rent from them, offer me something better, well they pushed me alright.... away from their business will make sure not to recommend to anyone and let everyone know not to rent from here as per my experience

Compared to at least one other car rental company in Dubai, Fairdeal is excellent. Granted, the cars might not all be brand new, but they are serviceable and reliable in my experience. If something does go wrong, Fairdeal respond quickly and efficiently. Joy, who appears to do all the admin single-handed is fantastic - she always replies to emails and phone calls, often very quickly and always clearly and effectively. I would definitely hire from them again - crucially they always do what they say they are going to, as far as I can tell, from vehicle pick-up (or delivery) to drop-off (or collection). I experienced no hidden costs, no problems with credit cards being unreasonably debited or deposits being with-held and all the charges were clear and, happily enough, fair.
