Please check everything of the car before taking the rental. This includes detailed photos of the bumper from downside as well. My experience was the worst. The person who came to deliver the car did not click the downside bumper pictures and the person who collected it did and there were small scratches which came onto head. And i never hit the car.

Very irresponsible company with bad service. I got a car from them for a few months and the car was extremely damaged and in bad condition. I requested for the car collection to be done on Monday from 6 to 9 pm and they said they cannot do it because their agents only work to 7 pm and they are saying that I should leave the car. Their technicians are also bad and unprofessional I requested for a battery change and the technician came and was leaning on the car and hit it with his own car door that he damaged the booked car and left a scratch on it. If you are planning on getting a car from them then please note this.

One of the worst car rental places in Dubai. Even renting through Invygo doesnt protect you from the absolutely horrendous customer service. I had been in an accident someone had hit my car. It took them 3 days to respond to pick up the car. The car they brought as a replacement was disgusting. Smelled like smoke and was dirty on the inside. I didnt want to accept it but the driver told me I would have my other car back within 3 days. After 3 days I phoned them, whatsappes them. They promised they would phone me back but nothing. Never rent from them if you can help it.

Worst rental company in the UAE, bad customer service. It took them weeks to give me back the money they accidentally charge me for 1 month renewal before the date I was supposed to give them back the car. Now they dont give me back my deposit and its been more than 45 days.

I got a car rental through self drive. Unfortunately, because of self drives bad service and even worse customer service I have to give diamond lease just a one star!!! Additionally, diamond leases customer/sales service is equally bad... a lady called praveena had zero experience in handling customer grievance and providing an apt solution. I kept calling them from Wednesday to finally have a resolution over call on Friday evening which took 5 minutes and finally a technician was assigned on Saturday!

Overpriced, arrogant, they charge you for extra mills insanely, and they don t care if you are regular customers or no, all what matter is to take ur money as much as possible, security deposits return after 45 days. I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone from my own experience

So many bad reviews and here I am adding to this, I was renting a car through my insurance and they gave me a 2023 car the next day the car ran out of battery, I understand life happens at times but they were not even bothered to compensate with anything wasted my time With useless people working here never again, and I asked them to come take the car with no replacement even though I am eligible for one not risking it after the experience I had. Oh yes and the car never gets locked and it is 2023, put some money to service your cars and learn how to satisfy your customers.

We had a good experience with diamond lease, I have rented a car from them for around 3 months I am pleased to say they have not disappointed me, the car was maintained in good condition and car was clean when received the only issue is some of your A/C vents were damaged previously which was making it hard for me to blow cold air to myself. Overall, I had a good experience and since I rented 2 times from them already and they were really reliable and professional on the paperwork as well from taking the car and handing the car back. Good job from diamond lease!

We had a great experience with Diamondlease Al Quoz branch. We rented a Mitsubishi Attrage on a monthly rate for almost a year and our customer representative Neeraj was extremely professional and helpful throughout our rental period. Always reachable via mobile phone and quick to respond to any queries. The car was almost brand new when we received it and was in perfect condition. We will definitely use the Diamondlease Al Quoz branch ourselves again and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. 5/5

I called the employee, her name is Maria, and I told her that I would not complete the second month. She told me, There is no problem at the end of the month, or when you come to return the car, I will pay today. I was surprised that a discount was made. The amount of 2205 without my knowledge from the accountant Ahmed Saltah. Please allow me to request the full refund of the amount to my account tomorrow, and before anything is deducted from my account unlawfully, and before deducting from my account, he must know me. Really wrost experience They asked me to pay for damages that has been done I dont know from who, after I delivered the car to the car shop, prices are really high and no maintenance to the car even if i rented the car for 8 months never called me to check if the car was good if any problem or whatever...for that prices you can find better cars around dont let this people stole your money please!!!

Delivered a faulty vehicle, offered no tangible solution or suitable alternative and despite all this insisted on charging a full day rental & fuel charge.
