I was got in touch with Mr. Navdeep in CAR FARE through my friends referral and the way he approached i took one car for a month thinking that i will buy my own car from another month but eventually i ended up renewing the contract for another month. Not because of the budget issues but because the services CAR FARE provides I felt better than buying own car. We can contact them any time and they provide immediate solutions on it. The vehicles are in excellent condition and like new. It s has been 3 months now with no complaints. CAR FARE means 100% satisfaction. Excellent service, excellent cars, customer-friendly. I was pleasantly impressed with manager Mark who was online in 7 am and 23 pm - helping me to choose the right car for the weekend. I chose Kia Cerato - the company delivered it to me, absolutely clean and perfect car. Manager Mark informed me about all the rules and different situations on the road (signs, toll roads, accidents, closures etc). After my wonderful trip from Dubai to Fujeirah and back the Car Fare picked the car from my address. Checked it in 5 minutes and that it. Pleasant and transparent communication, optimal price. Planning to rent cars here in the future.

Stumbled across Carfare as they were right across the street from me in Media City and figured Id give them a go. Firstly, short-term. Now long-term. Been using them for years ever since. Mainly because of the customer service on all levels. Always so helpful and ready to accommodate any requests. So many rental agencies try to sting you with deposits and whatnot but Carfare is a pleasure to deal with. None of that nonsense. And big shout out to Mark as well who I have been dealing with the whole time - he is always in touch, advising on long-term rental, and so helpful when I have questions or issues. Highly recommended.

Wont let you reserve a car, they tell you to contact them a couple of days before you arrive. Then they tell you your preferred car is not available, but they have a more expensive one only. Cowboys! Avoid at all cost. Be highly suspicious of all the 5-star reviews.

I have just encountered the most pleasant experience with Navdeep at Car Fare in UAE. From initial contact to vehicle delivery was 4 hrs. Delivered to door and only took 4 hrs due to me being unavailable earlier. They would have easily been quicker if needed. The service and cost was both amazing. Will use them in future and I thoroughly recommend anyone else to do the same. Best car rental company Ive ever dealt with. Superb service with competitive prices, they reply to their email and WhatsApp and Hany has provided amazing service before, during and after the course of my rental.
