A very nice lady from BLACK ACE introduced me to several cars that I could choose, she even gave me a discount for 2 days, the car was in good condition with a well-functioning air conditioning at the current temperature of 40 degrees. Apart from the steam scratches which you photographed when handing over. To use Navigation you need the Internet and the only small minus point is that the car is not fully fueled, which complicates the fuel level when returning the car... but apart from that, I recommend renting a car from BLACK ACE

best to rent your car, clear communication, friendly and they will bring your car where you are and pick it up again, they make a video of your car so that everything is there and share it with you, great, the handling is very fast and good. If you are in Dubai, rent a car here

The company has limited cars, and every time you ask them about a car, it is not available. This is one thing, and the other thing is the insurance. My insurance is suspended for two months or more until I get it back. It is better not to deal with them and to choose a better delay company.

Very nice experience, flexible and very polite. We took one car and had after 2 days a flat tire. This was very well responsed and I was offered another within minutes. The deposit was released very fast and with no deduction. I recomand Black Ace Car !! Thank you very much and I will come back to you next time

During my time as customer Black Ace Rental was amazing and i received top class Custmer service especially Vahid in the office very welcoming and Honest person. Also young lady in the office was excellent too. As promised deposit of 1500 AED was refunded after 16 days very Honest company and excellent Staff.
