The company has unworthy employees. When I picked up the car, we agreed that I would leave a deposit in cash of three hundred European currency, since there were problems with the cards, and after returning the car, they would return the deposit to me with a promise on my part to pay the fines if they were trusted accordingly. I came to return the car, I saw them sitting enchanted, waiting for the infused time and, like a fool, they said that in order to receive a deposit you need to provide a card! For about 20 minutes I tried to remind you about our agreement, to no avail. When they realized that I was not late for anything and would now call the authorities, they asked me to write an undertaking on paper and then returned the deposit. Well done in one word)

I have rent a car with Bargain for 16 months. And I highly recommend this car rental if youre looking for a good one. Mr. Sharif was very kind and if he said something, he means it and he will do it for you. Rental: Cheapest among others. Road Assistance: Perfect and willing to come anytime even during rest day when needed. Payment: Do to busy schedule, sometimes Im forgetting to pay on time, and when I pay, they didnt charge any amount for the delay. Deposit: No issue in returning back. These discussing people stole my 1000 dhs deposit they claim it takes 2 weeks to clear. It has now been 6 weeks and still nothing. Used about 6 months ago aswell and deposit never went in had to ask over 10 times and managed to get back in cash. but this time havnt got any back. Avoid Scammers!!!!!

15/03/21 *UPDATE* Ive removed 2 stars as my deposit arrived today which was 1 week later than their 15 days promised. Exceptional service and quality from this company. Im from London and needed a car whilst here for a week. Enquired early hours of the morning and had all the paperwork, car dropped off a few hours later! Cant fault their customer service as VERY punctual and attentive 24/7. Their Google reviews speak for themselves as this is what made me go for them. Ill be recommending my family and friends. Worst car rental company in Dubai, the staff have no respect for customers, they will try to steal you infront of your face! I have rented a car for a month!claiming that its alright and when I had problems and came back to them they wanted to charge me 2 extra days although it was thier problem! When I told him I wasted two hours of my time to come to them to find replacement they told me come and I will show you how to drive I refunded my money and will never come back again.....
