Scam artisits! Do not fall for the FAKE REVIEWS! We returned our rental car without any damage and in prestine condition, on time and fuelled up. We even paid for 17 SALIK crossings, which is impossibe as we had 2 children and didnt do much traveling over our 6 day rental. Nonetheless, we went ahead and paid for this without asking any questions. However, we were then told that our deposit would take 2 weeks to be refunded. We accepted this as we didnt know this was a SCAM. 2 weeks passed, and we heard nothing. We reached out to check on the status of the deposit and were told it would be returned through Western Union, which is strange as we paid the deposit through our bank account. When queried, we were told this is the only way for them to refund the deposit, and they would send through a Western Union receipt once complete. We returned the vehicle on 6 Feb and have been very patient. We have waited and chased several times since, and still have not received a refund. We have now resorted to reporting these scam artists to the DED and police. TERRIBLE SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN!

Amazing Car and super special customer service, I extended my contract for 1 week and they gave me the same rate of 1 month which was cheaper than a normal per day. Such a genuine company, many companies they deduct the deposits showing extra faults in the car while handover but they genuinely inspected the car for me and I received my deposit back within 15days as they promised. Rented a car for over a month from Bargain car rental and Mr Chand Pasha was the person dealing with my requirements. All I can say is that I got the best service from them in all aspects. Good price and affordable. Delivery and pick up of car was to my hotel and car was in good condition. One day, due to constant long distant travels my car felt shaky on road, called Mr chand and he immediately sent his mechanic to take it to the garage and got back in 3 hours after checking through. We debated for weeks whether we would rent a car in Dubaï because we were just so scared and were not ready to trust any company with that amount of money based on the myriad of negative comments people left on multiple international car rental agencies. What you read out there is possibly true. But let me tell you, when we saw the positive comments on this car rental agency s Google page, we thought let s take a risk. But rest assured, this entire business was everything but risky. I arrived there with the nastiest attitude wanting to assert my dominance and prove to the employees that I knew what I was talking about in terms of car rental (I in fact know nothing about cars or how best to rent them). Because the employees are so polite and ready to help I felt really dumb very fast to have had such an attitude. The employees give you all the time you need, they are understanding, flexible, and honest. I paid the deposit by credit card which I advise not to do because although we got our money back through Western Union, it took a lot of back and forth between us and the agency. If you live outside the UAE, you might want to avoid that by paying the deposit in cash and get it back totally before you travel back home. All that to say, you can definitely trust this company as they are incredibly legit, honest, and I would recommend them to any friend/family travelling to Dubaï and looking to rent a car.

Booked Nissan Altima, it was a great car. The service was good and they explained to me the details on the car which made it easier for me later on. Overall great experience. I dealt with a sales agent called Chaand, I did all the transactions and dealt with him over the phone and he was really nice to talk to throughout the call.
