NEVER RENT CAR FROM AL MONSEF RENT A CAR L.L.C - they never give back desosit to you. After 30 days i write to them, and they told me you must come and pickup deposit in cash - when im already in Poland :) so summary renatl cost is tripe (x3). If you looking car for rent in Dubai - never trust guys like them - look for reviews with more than 1 review (they buy reviews).

Awful service! When I called them, they answered immediately and provide us car in 30 minutes. I was surprised how efficient service. Deposit were required and they said it will be refunded after 28-30 working days. However I received only after 3 month! and only because i started calling them non stop, they were keep postponing and keep saying something about their accounts. And if you will not remind them, you will never get your deposit back! Carefully!

The cars are new, immaculate inside and out and models rented are at a reasonable price with full options which is not the case of most well known rental companies. The rating completely fake. I have taken Renault duster from this company and return back. It is almost a month and they are not ready to return my deposit. I have messaged and called no response. Another fellow pick my call and said will call back then he stopped picking my call. Now i will have to complain consumer court of Dubai for returning my money. Avoid this headache if you dont wanna waste your hard earned money!

Worst rent a car company in UAE. Be careful when renting here. They keep holding the onto the deposit with no intention of returning it. Reminded them many times but kept promising that they will send it but didnt send. They also sent me car which is not the one we agreed but i just had to accept it that day as I didnt have other option. Worst company. Worst customer service.

I had visited Dubai in December 2023.I had rented the MG ZS 2024 from Al Monsef Rent A Car.Mr Babar was very helpful he provided me a brand new 0 km car.He had delivered the car at the airport with small amount of charge of 80 aed. not willing to refund the security deposit, after 1,5 year !!! After having forwarded me to different phone numbers of their internal colleagues (to get rid of me), I tried to threat with request for payment and late notice stuff, their very last answer (dated to January 2023, see attached file) was simply noted sir !!! kind of laughing at me. after a 3 months conversation (until January 2023) I didn t hear anything from them.

Any good review you see here is fake. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolute nightmare and test of patience with the staff here. Don t rent from here u less you are looking for a dirty, stinky, faulty car with unprofessional, laid back, inattentive, unbothered staff. Do not rent from this company even by mistake. Rather not have a car at all. I did not face much issues with the car mechanically thankfully just that all the warning lights were on all the time and I found 3 cigarette butts inside the car. So you can imagine the stench. But the people working here a different character altogether. I pray that if you re reading this, you don t have to deal with them. They will continuously call and message you when they need your money for the monthly renewals. But when it s time to return your deposit amount, they will professionally ignore and ghost your calls and messages. If unprofessionalism and ignorance were a sport, they would be champions at it. I had to deal with the sales manager and accountant both of whom did not assume responsibility of refunding my deposit at the correct time as per mentioned in their policy. At one point, the accountant even said that they don t have any balance in the company to make a transfer of DHS 1k. Please avoid at all costs.

WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THEM- WORST COMPANY EVER I am writing this review to warn others about the absolutely horrendous experience I had with this car rental company, which is unequivocally the worst in the world. This company is run by crooks who have no regard for their customers. Here is a detailed account of my ordeal: Undrivable Initial Rental: They handed over a car to me in the middle of the night that was not drivable. The very next day, I attempted to return it and asked for a refund, only to be met with refusal and a promise of a replacement car later in the day. Unacceptable Replacement Car: The replacement car was not much better. It was delivered at midnight with an empty tank; the fuel warning light indicated just one kilometer of range left. I barely made it to a gas station. Moreover, the car was filthy, reeked of an unpleasant odor, and had logged over 175,000 kilometers. Despite returning the car two weeks early, I received no compensation. Deposit Retrieval Nightmare: When it was time to refund my deposit, the company engaged in a series of delaying tactics. For two agonizing months, I called them repeatedly, only to be asked for my bank details over and over again. They kept promising to return the deposit by the end of the day or by the end of the week, with no intention of doing so. Even threats of involving the police did not move them. A Common Occurrence: During a visit to their office to demand my deposit back, I encountered another customer facing the exact same issue, which indicates that this is a common practice for this company. Resolution through Consumer Affairs Bureau: I finally received my deposit back only after lodging a formal complaint with the Bureau of Consumer Affairs. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible this company is. They are dishonest and have no respect for their customers. I urge everyone to avoid this car rental company at all costs to avoid falling prey to their unscrupulous business practices. Protect yourself and your hard-earned money by choosing a reputable company instead.
