The rating is purely for the Service & the Sales Team! I rented a car for 5-6 months from Advanced Car Rental in Dubai, which disappointed me greatly, as they try manipulating and trick customers in name of policies (which changes every moment, based on their benefit). They do it so professionally with talks which will bind you to their tricky situation. You will end up paying more or they make you keep the car more days than you require, by tricking with some stupid policy name! So they increase business this way! Please beware of such situation. But if they know you connected to their list of big clients, they will change policies again accordingly. I have been in stress for renting a simple car in the town! Specially the Sales agent named Muhammed Farooq Latif, who handled my account, is a bad reputation the company! i will not recommend anyone of my contacts to prefer Advanced car rental if such is their bad service to customer- tricking and looting!

Haris was friendly during the process from A to Z, anytime I need his help he was there to answer my question and guide me through them. The rent of the car was smooth, everything was well explained before the start, so no bad surprise, and disagreed when you need to sign the papers. For sure the next time I will come back to Dubaï I will use his service again eyes closed for the good price and the good quality of the car.

Im extremely surprised and impressed with the quality of service. During the booking of my rental all my needs were taken in consideration and any eventual issues were sorted by their team with a very personalized approach. They also provided all the detailed information in a very clear way. The staff is very friendly, helpful and they speak english well. They even bring the rental car to your hotel or the place you are staying in and take it back when finished. I forgot my glasses when giving back the car and they brought them back to me to the hotel! I really appreciated that gesture. Very professional people and company, I highly recommend it.
