100% scam. The deposit has not been returned for 2 months after the end of the rental. He lies to his face that he returned the money, but cannot provide confirmation from the bank. The issue with them can only be resolved through the police. I dont recommend it at all.

This company very un professional, My diposite is not yet given back even after 40 working days finished, when we call them or visit in Cluster D JLT then they day there are diff departments and other department has refunded your money but when we ask transaction number of refund of diposite then they are keep saying I have ask respective team to give reference number and now its 10+ days still no transaction reference number given!! Bank need transaction number and also swift copy of transaction but they have not give either yet. now they are not picking our calls since 3-4 days.. Its now 2 month and no refund, theyll reply in whatsup I am sending email etc and asking reference number but no update they just give transaction number like this 75437294110016349156221 and dont know how to get swift copy from thier bank, to track refund for any transaction required swift copy

DONT RENT A CARE HERE ! This company is note AAA any more ! It became Arizona. I rent a car twice previously with AAA without any problem. Since it changed, the people are not professional, honest and are bad in businness. When I rent the car I paid 1500AED deposit. The guy told evreyting is like before but its totaly wrong. The money has been deducted from my account (not before) and the deposit is realesed 1 Month after (before it was 15 days). At the beginning they didnt want to understand that the money was deducted from my account. Now, they dont want to give me the money back, and its taking too long time. They are saying soon all the time. I had to contact Dubai government services to be refunded.

Two years back I have started my first experience renting a car with AAA, after selling my car, it was not easy during COVID to use public transportation all the time! The team at AAA were very welcoming, professional, kind and helpful which made me feel more at ease with the idea of renting a car. This is bit expensive so if you are looking for some less cheaper car try some other competitor, also they have some money minimum days restrictions so you must rent out for some certain days minimum. I rented a car from them and I was in a hurry on Friday, and the office was closed and would not open until after the afternoon, but the brothers called me and said if you are in a hurry, we will come to you now. In fact, they opened the office about two hours before the official working hours because I was in a hurry. The dealings were pleasant and respectful. All thanks and appreciation. I had a bad experience with the AAA rent a car JLT company. The car I rented came dirty, ok no problem I understand it was EID holidays. I have paid to them 1500AED cash deposit. Which suppose to be refundable after two weeks. However when I returned the car employee found a small scratch at the back.He called the manager and he said the repair will cost 500 after few minutes he called back and the price changed to 2000. Same time I paid 200 for the extra day and Salik without any receipt given. I was in very rush to the airport and asked them to send all details on my email. After two weeks not hearing anything from them I asked my friend to collect a deposit. They refused to pay back referring to the fact that this is cost for a 1sm scratch. This is ridiculous! I am extremely disappointed and concerned about negative experience and poor communication which hopefully can be fixed.

We Rented a Nissan Micra for one week in mid June. First had issues when we struggled to get them to honour the quote we got on the phone with Majid. After 3 days of having the car it broke down on sheikh zayed road and luckily we managed to pull over on the hard shoulder in time. Fortunately, we were close to a petrol station and put in 5L just to make sure this wasnt the issue but the car still didnt work. Majid came after we called him and got a recovery service crane to take the car and he drove us to the rental place. He apologised for the car problem and said he would change the battery and return the car or give us a replacement if it didnt work. He gave us a replacement to take home. The next day Majid tried calling multiple times and sent a message threatening to call the police and to return the replacement car. We drove to the rental place after this harassment and spoke to him. He claimed that it was our fault the Micra battery died, and that having the hazard lights on (which were on for about 30 mins for obvious safely reasons) killed the battery. He also claimed that he could tell from GPS (whatever that means) that we had tried to start the car 35 times, which is complete rubbish, we tried a maximum of 3 times. He then said that he would charge us 600dhs for the recovery service and the new battery. We refused to pay as it was clearly not our fault and he was pulling numbers out of the air, not showing receipts for anything. Majid said he wouldnt return the rental car to us as we owed money despite us having payed 500dhs to rent for a whole week and this was day 4. Furthermore, he refused to give us our property from the boot. Majid is the most dishonest and unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with and I warn anyone who is thinking about renting with AAA rent a car not to do so, the cheaper prices are not worth the headache that this company has caused us. Furthermore, they have basically stolen money from us by not giving us the car for the amount of time we paid to rent it. We will be lodging a complaint with Dubai consumer protection. Our family has rented cars in Dubai for several years and never encountered this kind of problem before.

Before arriving in Dubai, I hesitated between the option of renting a car from international car rental companies or from local ones. I read that the locals are dangerous, they will deceive you, they will not return the tax amount, etc. I didn t book in advance, I decided to figure it out on the spot. I visited 3-4 companies and compared the prices and quality of cars and decided to take a car from AAA Rent A Car JLT. I didn t regret it at all! Great service, friendly staff. I took a Hyundai Elantra car. The car is not new but in excellent condition. The price for the smallest Chevrolet spark is 30 percent cheaper than in a European car. Overall satisfied! Very friendly, professional and attentive - excellent service overall. One of the main reasons I chose AAA is because they refund your deposit in only 15 days, instead of the 30+ that occurs with most other companies. Office is easy to find and would certainly use them again

Rented vehicle for 5 days, Sat 21 to Fri 26 1400; got a call Wed 24 1800 that I need to return the vehicle on Thur 25 as they are closed on Fri because of staff shortage; ended up having to cut short family outing to Legoland. Mentioned to counter staff about disatisfaction, got a sorry but still charged for full 5 days. Will not be using again due to bad experience.

I rented a car a week ago and it was a great experience with AAA rent a car. The place is accessible as the company is located at Jumeirah Lakes Tower opposite to JLT metro station. The staff is really well trained and they treated me professionally. The car is well maintained and in good condition from inside and outside. The best place to rent a car, really serious with the job they are doing, they dont do extra charges, that for me is the most important thing and very punctual. Highly recommended, because: very nice and friendly service, modest deposit (1500AED for compact sedan) which they returned in 10 days after the car was returned, lower rates then well-known brands(120AED for compact sedan, 140AED for KIA Sportage), threw in a child seat for free. The only thing might be somewhat low 200km per day mileage in my 3-days renting case.

We booked a car a week in advance, but they didn t take any money from us - they told us to come one day before the required date, promising that the car we needed would be there! These guys are really incorrect! I have sent them 4 emails and made reservation for car with them. One day before renting the car I came to their office to arrange everything - the guy there said - ok you will have the car for tomorrow. In the evening I came by to arrange the time of pick up and the guy told me now we dont have a car. I have planned my trip 2 months in advance and they ruined everything. I solved my problem by going to Budget office on the marina side of JLT metro station. Please dont trust AAA rent a car!

I made a rental at the beginning of the month when returning to France I was surprised who had withdrawn the deposit after several emails they told me that the transfer was made without anything at all until this morning I I started again and supposedly we got a PV and it was justified. Ive been searching for a rental van for our office on a Thursday late afternoon (end of the day) and I saw this company they have a cheaper rate compare to the other rental company. However, with AAA Rent A Car they had been very open and helpful in providing us options on renting a car as well as explains thoroughly important things to consider for first time car rentals. Terrible company! I definitely do NOT recommend it. Unprofessional and liars! they charged me AED1500 for a tiny scratch that wasnt my fault. I rented a car for over 7 months paid them over AED 14K. In the middle of the contract the car had been scratched while it was parked. As you can see in the attached photo the scratch is super small and you can hardly see it. I went to the company explaining and wondering how much would they charge me for such a tiny scratch so I might rent a cheaper car to cover the cost. The owner said dont worry we will NOT charge you for the scratch. By the end of the contract I brought the car back I was shocked when they said that they will charge me AED 1500 for the tiny scratch when I realised that they were lying and planing to charge me when the contract is done. Liars! I definitely do NOT recommend it.

Absolutely terrible. Ruined my holiday and cost me money. I spoke to a guy whos number was listed via WhatsApp and confirmed I needed a car from 9am the following day for 48 hours. He told me the 3 available so I confirmed which one I wanted. I arrived at 9am the following day only to see a sign saying opens at 10am, even though I had already confirmed I wold arrive at 9am. I checked their website and also Google maps, both confirmed they open at 9am. I had 3 bg bags with me as we were going to a weekend away so I was stuck waiting there. My friend and I called on numerous occasions and sent WhatsApp which were read but not answered. We waiting until 10.45 before we left, so they didnt even turn up on the time they have listed on there window. We ended up using thrifty, a much better and more reliable company. But these guys ended up making us loose nearly 3 hours of our dayfter having to go rent another car. DO not use the! Very unprofessional! I still havent received an apology or an explanation despite the numerous messages I have sent the 2 numbers listed on there website. Awful service.

Very good service. Rates are a little high compared to the competition but the quality of the fleet is excellent. I hired a Nissan Sentra for 5 days and I had no problem with the car or the service. Efficient staff helped me in renting and picking up the car and the drop off was very quick and effortless. A very pleasant experience dealing with them and I would definitely consider renting from them next time I visit Dubai
