I ve had a consistently frustrating experience with Subscribe Me, and unfortunately, it has reached a point where I can no longer recommend their services. Despite the clear collection schedule provided prior to booking, the company has shown a remarkable lack of consideration when it comes to managing the return of vehicles. Even when a car hasn t been collected from their end, they ve charged us for extra days. It s been our responsibility to chase them to collect the car, which is both inconvenient and unfair. Moreover, Subscribe Me has repeatedly charged us through different accounts, only to issue refunds after a long delay. Requests for straightforward considerations are met with empty promises they say they will address the issue, but nothing changes. After being a loyal customer along with my friends for an extended period, this series of issues has been the final straw. We will no longer be using Subscribe Me for our car rental needs. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and improves their service for future customers.

Sibscribe me is the best car rental app in the town, with the best customer service , Syed was supporting me during my 3 months subscribtion, really thank you for the time and effort the flexibility of the app gives me opprtunity to save time and moeny, easy to select between car pickup or car delivery option. Same way returning car can go either pickup or collection from door step. From the app i was able to extend my monthly subscribtion or even go flexible by adding more few days. Seemless experience for cancellation or even termenating the contract through the app. Car service can be done at home no need to bother going any garage or car replacment, road side accistance was perfect. ** I just gave the car back (after 4 months), I did not face any other issues and whenever I had questions the team was helpful. * I decided to give this company another chance and keep the car for another 3 months since i really enjoy it. Hopefully i wont face any issues and will be able to leave a positive review. Would like to give more stars but this time only 2. These guys have a lot of improvement to do.. First they messed up my booking, delivered the car to Abu Dhabi instead of Dubai, then gave me another car cause the car i booked was in another city and they didnt have enough man power to deliver it to me, then i got charged (fuel charges) even though Marvin promised i wouldnt get charged for those few days since its their mistake. Now i spoke to him over the phone and he is changing his words! I dont mind paying for something i ordered and used but they completely messed up and then charged me for this. Clearly they dont value the customers and are just playing around. Honestly, i am very disappointed and disgusted with the service, will definitely not extend and recommend this company to anyone. The only positive thing that i enjoyed is the car itself. Thats all.

I was renting a car and using this service for 1 year. In my last month when I needed assistance, they gave me a horrible experience. 1. There is an auto-pay option where they take money from your account for renewals, fines without letting you know prior 2. When I faced a car accident and requested for the car to be exchanged and fixed, they would tell me someone will call you today for a week. And when they do call, it s just a call with no follow up or car pick up. 3. I cancelled my subscription and wrote a negative google review. Once the google review was up, they called me and tried to make things better and asked me to remove my google review as they were helping me now. 4. After cancelling my subscription. They still auto-renewed and deducted money from my account. I had to escalate again to get a refund, in which they delayed by 2 days because they had to do so in cash and the drivers would not call me to schedule a time slot convenient to me. Only what was convenient for them and they would not pre-plan. Instead just call and say now we will come. 5. They were automatically taking the amount from my account for any fines. However, one months after my subscription was over. They still told me they needed me to pay for fines that they messed up and missed. And when I tried to speak to the team and show them I received the invoice already, they don t even have the EQ to explain the issue or situation properly. Just following up constantly for me to pay. There is zero visibility with this company and makes it so hard to deal with them.

07 Jul 2024 Returned the car on 27 Jun, again they are late and never inform until they are reach. Just got the invoice for the petrol and Salik charges. Petrol, +20% additional charge on what you have used their petrol. Salik, +25% additional charge, if the Salik is AED4.00, you will get a charge of AED1.00 + VAT, which is AED5.25 you have to pay. 24 Jun 24 Got a call from the customer service manager 1-2 hours after the review posted and promised some payment proof will be provided. Got it from Husen at 430pm. It looks legit and I have paid for it. Star was revised from 1 to 3 as they taken extra miles to solve it after I posted on Google. Would reco the company to improve the fine management in a better way instead an easy way to pay in bulk. Below review was done on 21 Jun, i still having the car. The car is new, nice and clean, but i have lost trust and confidence to the company. 1. Asked for AED750 deposit by sending a payment link via sms, WhatsApp, and email. I asked to pay on App and they said no, if no deposit, they will cancel, i told them to go ahead to cancel. End up no need deposit. 2. Delivery set at 1 Jun, 10-11am, no one contact me, i called them on 1030am then only they arranged delivery at approx. 12pm. 3. Sent me a traffic fine on 11 Jun happened on 2 Jun with an invoice and screenshot of a list of fine. As i have checked the Dubai Police app everyday since 1 Jun and there was no fine, therefore i asked for more proof after i checked with all the info they given. Multiple email, no reply. 4. Called their customer service yesterday, given me 2 number to contact by myself, 1 replied with a screenshot of RTA fine page. but when i check, there was nothing and the screenshot doesnt match with RTA fine inquiry outlook. i called RTA, they informed me it is Dubai Polices fine, not RTA. 5. I called 901 Dubai Police non emergency as advised by RTAs customer service, they could not check the fine as it was claimed been paid. 6. I asked Subscribe me to provide a payment receipt of the fine, they sent me a screenshot of a list of fine with fine charges, fine number, etc, but without any header and claim it is the receipt. I have some confusions as below, 1. Why cant the driver pay themself on Governments portal which save all the hassle? 2. Why no proper receipt for fine payment? 3. Do you need a deposit or not? 4. Why cant we make the deposit payment on App if it is applicable?

Hello, I got a Nissan Sunny for a month from Subscibe Me. I was handled by Mr Marvin, who guided me through the process once I booked a rental on their app. He is polite & understanding. The app is very good and straightforward. You get the charges displayed for the car on your payment page. The only thing you pay for later is the fuel, salik, and fines (if any). You even get a flat 10% discount on your first booking. They deliver the car to your doorstep for free and pick it up for free. The team, including Marvin, is very helpful & responsive.

How do I start the initial process of getting the car was made very simple and seamless with Subscribe me. However, I have to be honest with my whole process as I am not one to lie. I am able to write a 5 start review because of the way the situation was rectified and handled moving forward. Which to me is more important as in life we tend to judge people/ companies from only positive outcomes when we ve never seen the bad happen yet. Even though the process was speedy, I received the wrong car and was told I will get a replacement for the car I originally booked. Unfortunately, due to the Car not existing in the date-base this was not possible. So I had to endure the wrong vehicle for a week. This also lead to traffic fines due to reasons I won t get into but it s neither here or there. (Hopefully Subscribe me can subsidies the fine payment on my account). I told the staff members that having the same car brand but different model is not right and needs to be fixed asap as customers are picking a specific car for a reason. After taking on my feedback, Subscribe me updated there system and replaced the actual car model on there App asap. Not only that, but I was given an upgrade for my inconvenience. I want to thank Dhanraj for his prompt responses to the whole situation. I have now booked 9 months. I will be back soon for an update on the service.

When I read all the excellent reviews, I worried that they might be phony, but when I looked into the facts, I realized that they were real. I had made a reservation for a month, and they provided me the cheapest price available. In addition, they delivered the car on schedule. I was shocked when they gave me a brand-new Sunny 2023 model, and Marvin made me the first customer to drive it.

This is a warning to every one avoid this app because they trying to distroy the other apps and car rental in the market...they trying to respect us as customers, they pick up calls and explain every thing clearly with integrity, and the real chock for me was can you imagine they said will deliver the vehicle by 3 pm and they came by 3:00 pm !!!!! I dont know why they want to change our background about the other car rentals....., Download it fast they are beyond the professionalism

I rent cars from this company for 3 month, very flexible and on time, when I dont like it they change it immediately with another car. The cars always clean and full of fuel.
