Never take service from them. Too costly and staff doesnt know how to treat customers. They doesnt clarify anything and talk rudely too. I have been charged amount which was not even market price. For old model Car 2016 they charged weekly 850aed. I am so regret for choosing them I could have save my money later on they offered the same car or monthly basis at 1560aed. But I didnt took as I have been charged more for a week. Better to not to take service anymore from the place where they doesnt care for their clients

I rented a car from Gold Star for a few months and wouldnt look anywhere else in the future. The cars are among the cheapest in Dubai but well maintained, and the range on offer should meet all the needs they even keep a few older generation models for those who require a larger car on a tight budget. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and they will do their absolute best to accommodate you, including delivery and collection if required. Best value for money and premium service all round: five gold stars.
