This place is excellent to have an office, the facilities are adequate, clean and safe; The staff is friendly, diligent and respectful. The Gate is in an excellent location, making it easy to reference and arrive from different points. I recommend it 100%.

we had office at TGME for 4 years. You have there a great team, very professional, also very friendly, helps fully, and always support. Also design and environment in the business center is great. modern design, good and professional environment. Great meeting rooms. I was always happy there. I was looking for a small office for myself and 2 other colleagues. I have checked all the Business Centers in the area, especially the ones in the building but there is no comparison between TGME and the others. I very much liked the fit-out work and the slick design of the place. Besides this, the services are impeccable so you really dont need to worry about anything! Great place to really focus on your daily work!

Probably the best business center I have ever worked in. The staff is genuinely friendly, the views are amazing and the facilities are luxurious! You wont need to catch a break from work, its a great mix of prestige and coziness altogether. If you are looking for the Ritz-Carlton of business centers at a good deal, I recommend The Gate 10/10.

TGME is a high class, luxurious business center in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Impressive reception area and kind and helpful staff greet you and your clients with a smile and are always eager to assist you. Boardrooms are impressive and have direct views to Burj Khalifa. The VIP lounge is pure luxury for those extra special business meetings. Overall there is a feeling of positivity, connection to other businesses and a large pantry for getting to know each other over lunch. I would recommend TGME to anyone serious about business and that only settle for the best.
