I went to the bridal boutique to help my daughter choose a wedding dress. After deciding on a particular model, it was clear that the dress needed some adjustments. I was surprised when Hollie said that she had no in house service for alterations meaning that we had to take the dress to a seamstress. I particularly expressed my appreehension on engaging an outside company to do the alterations however Hollie assured us that she had been using them for a long time and that we need not to worry. Guess what! the alterations were a total disaster as the dress changed completely its shape. As you can imagine my daughter was extremely disappointed and stressed with the alteration process which didnt meet her expectations as discussed during the initial consultations. At that point she contacted Hollie to take the dress back, however she didnt take responsibility, refusing to reimburse the full amount. Instead she offered selling it at a discount price on a sale, which we consider not only disrespectful but also insulting. This situation has caused a significant distress and anxiety to my daughter. The last thing needed before her wedding day.

After trying on over 50 dresses in boutiques in the UK and Dubai, I was starting to lose hope id ever find the dress! I simply wanted to visit the boutique with my maid of honor as quickly as possible. When I saw my name on the board to welcome me, I knew this is the place where I pick my wedding dress. This little detail was a personal touch and fantastic first impression. My heart was melting. We sat with Hollie and started chatting. Hollie wanted to get to know me and also my engagement love story. There wasn t a moment that I felt rushed. To consider that it is a huge decision to choose the dress and you need to feel it from the bottom of your heart. The boutique has the most beautiful and very unique selection of wedding gowns. I picked few dresses and Hollie also prepared few with different style for me to try. I found two wedding gowns which I loved the most. I needed some time to think but to be said I was on tight schedule so I had to make an quick decision, which is always hard for me. Where do I start...You&I Bridal is a MUST for all you engaged ladies out there looking for your most perfect wedding dress. The owner Hollie is an absolute babe and really takes the time to get to know you, your love story and never makes you feel rushed. One thing for me that really stood out from any other wedding shop was the call that Hollie made to me the day before my visit to introduce herself and find out what styles I was interested in. Its the personal touches like this that make her stand out from the rest. As soon as Mum and I walked through the door we were greeted by Hollie who had the biggest smile on her face and made us feel so welcome, she opened a bottle of bubbly and we sat chatting. Unlike other shops, Hollie had already picked out 5 different styles that she thought I would like after our telephone call the previous day and she had also thrown in a couple of different styles to try in case I liked a different style to what I had in mind. Im absolutely thrilled to write this review! After visiting numerous bridal shops, I was convinced I wouldn t find the dress. The whole experience was just becoming stressful and unenjoyable. After dress shopping in so many different places and even different countries Im more than delighted to have found my dress at You&I Bridal Boutique. Hollie is amazing, personable, and hospitable, she made me feel so comfortable. Initially walking in you might feel like its a smaller boutique and I personally was not sure if I would find my dress since I have been in larger boutiques but the selection in You&I Bridal is so diverse. I was already confused after trying on so many dresses of what style I really wanted but she helped narrow down my options and likes vs dislikes. She makes you feel so special as if you re her only client. Hollie goes out of her way to ensure you find your perfect dress and get it on time. I was on a short timeframe but she ensured that whatever dress I tried on I would be able to get on time and personally ensured its speedy arrival. You&I Bridal Boutique is truly a Gem for all the brides out there. I have nothing but great things to say about the boutique and Hollie, I would highly recommend it for any bride still looking for their The One dress. I went shopping for my wedding gown alone and after visiting several other bridal shops, I want to share my experience with You&I bridal boutique. The entire experience was personal, reassuring, efficient, and most importantly made me feel special. Not only is the boutique cute but all dress stocks are also just as amazing. It has such a lovely, calm aura, there s great natural light and plenty of room so you can really take in the dresses as you re trying them on. The space is intimate and tailored to YOU, creating an experience and ambiance that feels individualized rather than being churned through a big box dress shop. Hollie is so sweet, extremely helpful, caring, and nice during every step of the way. She made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. There wasn t a moment that I felt rushed which meant a lot considering this is such a huge decision and especially if you want to feel at ease throughout the whole process. Simply amazing experience!! I am an expat who spent days looking for a bridal gown that is simple and elegant, and this store carries beautiful dresses who are simply stunning. Dress selection is nice, you have from blingbling to sparkle to simple and elegant... As a bride i really struggled to fit in sample dresses they have in the other boutiques and that made my experience so miserable, i was desperate. Holly the owner is simply beautiful, carrying, she listen and she pick up for you dresses and she styles them perfectly with the weil and belts. Her accessory selection is also amazing, belts, veils, earrings and bags. Appointment message is giving all the information you need from parking to location, and it is super easy to find. One of the most amazing things is that she welcomes you with a beautiful smile and your name on the board, which is such a beautiful touch, love love the whole experience....thank you Holly!!!

I visited You&I bridal boutique over the weekend to check out the selection of bridal gowns and wow was I impressed! Not only have they a impressive selection of bridal gowns and brideamaid dresses but the boutique itself is stunning. The interior is welcoming and beautifully designed, the store is filled with natural light and they have an amazing 3 way mirror which allows you to see yourself from all angles. Hollie is there on hand to help you decide which gowns would be suitable for your body shape and fits, clips and adds accessories to allow you to visualize the perfect dress for you. There is never an pressure to make a decision there and then, Hollie explains the lead time on dresses as well as the pricing options and then its up to you to say yes to the dress!
