The best bride shop for wedding dresses, i really appreciate everything they did to me, they are very helpful and kind, I found the dress of my dream in this shop, Miss Maisa has helped me a lot from the beginning. She showed me every dress with kindness and she was helping me with every step, when I found my dress she was happy and treated me like her own sister, she was always in contact with me on phone and WhatsApp, she made everything clear from the beginning, I loved this shop because of Miss Maisa, the staff was really kind as well all of them friendly, they give us coffee and tea once we join, they welcome us with kindness, literally the dresses are high high quality as well. The store, Wade, is nice and tidy and has many options. The reception by the female employees was Wade Zein, especially Maysa Wade. She was cooperative and helped the bride, and they were not bored at all the whole time. She gave us helpful and helpful advice for the bride.

I have tried on a lot of dresses not only across Dubai but also overseas. In the beginning, I was also torn between different designs which I have a feeling was also the reason why I ended up trying and fitting almost 50+ gowns. And then one Saturday, where I thought that it will just be another day of fitting I came across the Bride Avenue. Among all the places I ve visited, they have a different way and approach on making sure your time is spent wisely there and they will base and recommend pieces after your consultation. They have a proper place if you have your girls with you and get the full Bridal fitting experience. And as I tried on the my dress, tears just fell down on my cheeks as I cannot believe the emotion I was having. Yes, this is it. This is the dress! I was so happy that I even paid them the full amount on the spot. You would think that no, you shouldn t because then they won t treat you well, well no love their service is still 10 out of 10. From the consultation, to the fitting, to the second fitting and final, the team is superb! To the whole team of Bride Avenue, thank you so much for being such an amazing part of my wedding journey. I have approached bride avenue for my wedding dress and did not like how they store their dresses. They have it in a small room and all the dresses mashed up together you can t even see the designs properly. They have also been very rude and unhelpful. I cant describe enough how bad this shop is. Let me tell you my experience. I have visited this shop as saw a dress on instagram that i liked and wanted to try, I asked them in Instagram how much it is and they said it is dhs 28,000 and I went on that price. After visiting the shop and deciding to buy the dress they told me it is 48,000 dhs and after showing them my chat on Instagram and that they told me that it is 28,000, they told me I am shocked and no way it is this price but i will check. They called me back and told me you can take the dress in the shop with no alterations for 28,000 but you cant make a new dress. The dress in the shop was worn over 1000 times and being stored in an extremely bad place along with their other dresses. After some days, I called the manager to complain that they are frauds and cheaters and give different prices to different people according their budget. The manager then calls me back claiming that they had a sale the time i asked on Instagram and by the time i visited the shop the sale was finished (knowing that i visited 3 days after and there was no mention of discount on Instagram). I went along with them and told them to make a new one for me for AED 48,000 they then told me the designer no longer makes this design and will be difficult to deliver. i then understood that they were tricking me and were gonna make the alterations in their shop to the dress that they already have and say its a new one and make me pay more than double the price for it claiming that it is new. In conclusion, if you want to get robbed of your money, excitement and happiness , please feel free to visit this shop. I also recommend designers to stop dealing with these frauds and move their dresses to brideshowroom as they are waaaaay better in customer service and will make u feel like a princess.

This shop is a must-visit for every bride to be! what an amazing group of staff. I went in to shop for a wedding gown and I was blown away by the selection. Even my mom and sister ended up buying evening gowns.
