Scammers! Save yourself the headache and use another boat rental company - there are so many other good ones in Dubai. There were so many delays that Gold Yachts didnt inform us about, which meant that we paid for 4 hours and got only 3 hours on the yacht. They are extremely unprofessional and irresponsive that we cannot get a hold of them by WhatsApp, call or emails to get refunded for the extra hour we paid. They only respond with empty promises. Dont waste your time and use another yacht company! Stay away, you will get extremely disappointed.
