I recently celebrated my birthday on this yacht, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped on board, the staff made us feel like VIPs. There is no parking for the people, no one has mentioned that before, I was literally crying thinking that I was like and searching for a parking Just to know that they did make us wait 1 extra hr to go because they had other people with them And we came back early The sound system is so low

Most unhappy and unprofessional crew and experience. The boat is not upto par on safety standards and has several problems. Railing gate on the top deck secured by plastic tape. Gaps in railing coverage which could easily cause someone to fall overboard. Unsafe and unstable stairs leading to the top deck Completely uncaring and rude staff They made tight bookings and our guests were waiting outside the dock area for 40 minutes before boarding since they were late getting back from their last cruise. Totally unapologetic and really rude captain and crew. I would recommend your find another boat and Company . This one is terrible.

It may look like your average boat rental, but El Mundo is anything but! I went on it with 9 or 10 of my friends on a Saturday Morning, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. We had fun we had some delay from our side but the staff were understanding and waited for all of us to gather up. We did many activities like doing karaoke and playing group games activities. And when we got to our destination we went for dip in the ocean and the staffs were good at taking all safety precautions to maximise our enjoyment. At the end they also offered us to take us to Burj Al Arab (it wasnt in the plan) and we gladly took their offer! Don t let the appearances fool you the decor may be divey, but the services are fantastic. As for the food we didnt have the chance to try as we decided to bring our own snacks and food. But they did give us some appetiser and they were good. This place is perfect for groups or even an anniversary/Birthday party. Had fun. Would totally recommend it.

The company needed to improve their booking arrangement skills. We were booked at 5:30pm to onboard. However, waited until 8:30pm for the boat to arrive and departed at 9pm. Although the staff members did their best to accommodate us, it is disappointing that our further commitments needed to be cancelled. We hope that this will be avoided in future

Worst experience ever in my life... Many people including we 5 didnt get enough food. They finished 2 hrs cruise within 1 1/2 hrs. Staffs inside the yatch seems helpless in this but program arrangers are very rude and arrogant. I have booked for 5 pax for AED 70/head through one travels (not reaveling their name as they promised us a compensation trip) and received a confirmation of AED 350(i have proof for all conversations with travels). I paid it before trip. But after trip when I approached them for complaining about food..they were treating me like a cheater and insulted me infront of all other travellers. They were telling that i paid 350 only instead of 420. Many people those who used the trip on 04-06-2019 @ 6PM are witness for the same. I was suppose to call police at that time but my travels apologized me and offered other trip. We booked this trip to celebrate my wifes Birthday and they tottally spolied the day. But now i understood that fault was in my side.. i didnt read below reviews before booking the trip.. Lesson learnt: Read the review before planning any trip.. Thanks

Ramadan 2019: Worst iftar ever! There just cannot be anything worse than this! About 20 people is the capacity there were about 50 people on board, i have booked a table for 3 and they asked me to share my table with others because there are no tables left for them!!! With an attitude!!! Very disrespectful, very disappointing and very rude!!! This is like a scam i swear!!! I dont get how such companies have the permission to operate and take money from people!!! Fraud!!!

We had a great time in this boat! The catamaran had a lot of space, was very smooth and had a very good sound system. The crew was very helpful and the boat was very clean. Mr. Ali and Mr. Manu were very nice. The only thing that could have been better was the food. It was ok, but it could have been better. The variety of soft drinks was also a bit limited.

Brilliant. Fantastic experience. An evening calm sail from Dubai Marina around the Palm up to the Burj Al Arab. Service great, the food exceptional. A great way to spend an evening and such a brilliant way to see the Dubai skyline at night.
