Today I was a child again with Asfar Jetski and Yatch. The experience was unforgettable, we had a great time, it was excellent. The views of Dubai from the sea are especially beautiful and you cant miss an experience like that in your life. My wife was on a different motorcycle and had a great time too, she says its the best thing weve done since we came to Dubai. Salim and Abdu have been very good to us and they even made us a session of many photos and videos that we will publish on our Instagram, we will be the envy of our friends haha . Thank you very much for making this possible Salim and Abdu, thank you very much Asfar Jetski.

Jet skiing with this company was 10/10, they take you away from the marina and onto the JBR for a very good price, strongly recommend , Abdul and Saleem were very kind and took care of us while we were there.

We booked this for Jet Skis. Didnt enjoy the experience ....no where to sit or provide some shade to stay out of the heat. The instructor or person struggled to speak English. We did get some water at the end. Part of the problem is the weather is scorching 40 odd degrees but no measures to ensure customers are protected from the heat.

SERVICE PUT OUR CHILDREN AT RISK, TERRIBLE SEVICE. BE WARNED!! We were visiting Dubai and booked a yacht with ASFAR YACHTS CHARTER L DUBAI AE, we had 2 families with 5 children aged between 2 months and 4 years. Called ahead to make sure there was sufficient air con for our children who would be inside the boat, we were assured this would be fine. When we boarded the boat, the staff had just arrived and setup, the boat was boiling inside and was not ready, we were told that it would cool down within 30min and on this promise we set off, once we moved we realized that two aircon units were not working, there was a standalone aircon unit onboard but this was not sufficient. We complained and they said that they would try and fix, for the safety of our children we had no choice but to go back to the harbour after an hour of being on the boat. The staff didn t know how to deal with the situation on the boat. Not only did this ruin our planned day out with friends we hadn t seen for over a year, to make it all worse they have ignored all emails and correspondence. The boat was initially booked through an agent but ASFAR were supplying the boat, crew and service, we have paid 50% direct to ASFAR YACHTS CHARTER L DUBAI AE. In a previous reply by the owner they have lied and said all payments were made through the other company payment confirmation can be shared . They have not taken any responsibility nor shown any responsibility. WARNING ******

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! This is a warning to anyone wanting to charter a boat in Dubai, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We called days ahead of our booking to make sure the boat had working aircon as we have children on board from 2 months old to 4years! Nothing was working and the boat was filthy. We turned around to go home within the hour and now we can t get in touch with anyone for a refund! Absolutely furious, ruined our weekend so please avoid!

Found this service on Google . First we were given information with the wrong parking space for the boat. Then we were kicked off the boat because other customers were waiting. There was no grill either, although we talked and paid in advance for cooking. Everything is terrible, we will not use this service again

everytime i try to book, they tell me to send a message on wapp, I do then they dont respond, I call again they ask me about my number, they reply to maybe one message and dont answer again, it took me 5 hours to be able to book. Such unprofessional lady that handles the calls for booking. But the experience with the jet ski was amazing, the prices too. Please solve this issue with whos answering the phone
