I recently had a rollercoaster experience with Escape Cruise Yacht Rental, falling victim to a misleading online booking. Disappointed and stressed, Ivy from Al Ali Yacht came to our rescue, arranging a last-minute booking at 6:00 pm. The manager went above and beyond, offering a generous discount, complimentary champagne, and VIP treatment from the captain. Our 4-hour cruise turned magical with an unexpected fireworks and drone show in front of Dubais iconic skyline. Al Ali Yacht LLC turned a devastating experience into a memorable and joyous celebration for my family and friends.
