As a professional home organizer in Abu Dhabi, I never expected to need a crane! But when one of my clients discovered their apartment lift was too small and the stairs too narrow to take their sofa up to their apartment, hiring a crane was the only option. From my first phone call, Special Lift General Transport were approachable and accommodating providing me with all the documents required to get permission for the crane. They also had the needed insurance which not all crane companies have. When the appointed day to move the sofa came, I was a bit nervous, but I need not have been--everything went smoothly with the confident, relaxed and professional crew. I know this company is capable of doing much bigger jobs than this but they gave it due attention and did it in a thorough manner; when professionals like them do something complicated like this, they make the whole process look easy; a shout out to Bilal, Sikander, Mujahid, and Sunny who did such a great job.
